    I placed an order via Amazon platform and the next day I requested to cancel the order. They had not initiated anything on the order and had not shipped it nor preceded it, and they responded to my cancellation that they will work on the cancelation, fast forward 3 days later, they proceeded to ship the item even though there is clear evidence and communication from them and my self with clear communication of cancellation. I find the dishonest and as a consumer I feel I have no protection against companies like this. Because they will choose to do whatever they want and I am left helpless quite frankly.

    Purchased an East West ************* set from this company. Table arrived damaged. After multiple attempts at contacting them, they did not offer to replace the damaged table, rather they offered a pitiful $70 discount. I refused and requested a replacement tabletop due to the safety concerns of having small grandchildren around a cracked wooden table. This pathetic company countered with a $100 credit which *****, no last name of course, allegedly applied to my account on 21 March. Have yet to see a dime and they will not make any effort in speaking with me over the phone. This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with in 47 adult years of my life. Absolutely "zero" customer service and no concern for the safety and well-being of consumers purchasing their defective products. I honestly cannot figure out how this company remains in business. My recommendation to all furniture manufacturers using BisonOffice, LLC as a 3rd party seller and deliver.....Stop; Stop Now! Collaborate amongst manufacturers and do whatever it takes to put this company under. They are "Simply Unacceptable" in every facet of their business!!

    I ordered a Bar from them and it was defective. I was unable to send it back to them because I had to pay $150 to send it back to them. I ended up keeping the defective bar because I couldn't afford to send it back; however since it was defective it split and I reached back out to them and they offered to send replacement pieces. When i told them what pieces I needed they said they checked the warehouse and did not have the pieces i needed. Im out $283.66 no bar and no refund. I would NEVER order from them again. I hope other people read these reviews before purchasing from them. Its a waste of your hard earned money!

    These guys are thieves and liars. Sold me a sofa, which is smaller than advertised and arrived damaged. They will not pay return shipping. They want to ship me another one because the first one was damaged. Why would I want a second too-small sofa? And if they can ship a second one, why would they not have the damaged one shipped back to their warehouse? Makes absolutely no sense. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

    We purchased a table top from them. It was our intention to purchase the whole table. On their website it states it was a table top (fine) but in their description it says nothing about being only. Table top and does not include the legs. Better yet on their website they dont even sell the legs. We called multiple times for assistance only to be hung up on, unacceptable. So we ask to return which we have to pay to ship it. And it cost almost half the price of the actual item. Then they want to charge a 15% restock fee. This company is literally scamming people out of their money knowingly. They are a trash company. They offer no assistance or guidance

    I contacted BisonOffice customer service and went back and forth dozens of times. I was told the piece needed to be 100% intact for return so I assembled it. Then I was told I needed to disassemble it and put it back in the original boxes (which were removed by the delivery company). Then, I was told the original boxes were not needed, but despite my asking for a refund, they declined and offered me between $300-500 to keep the piece. I refused. They provided a return authorization number so I could ship the piece back for a full refund but did not do anything to arrange for shipping. They provided websites for shipping companies that do not work with Individuals and cost more to ship than the piece cost to purchase. And they expected that the return cost of shipping should be my responsibility. I asked to speak to a manager and explained the situation. That manager said they couldnt take the piece back, which was a total change in direction. When I asked for a physical mailing address and managers name to file a written complaint, they refused to provide it, saying they werent authorized to do so. I just want to return this junky piece of furniture for my money back. It is not what they represented and also arrived damaged, so its completely unacceptable that they will not arrange to pick it up and refund the purchase cost.

    SCAM SCAM SCAM They will purposely send you the wrong thing hoping you will keep it damaged and wrong. Dont use the, at all. Look at all the people that are having scams. Can you say Class Action Lawsuit?

    I purchased a large floating mantel shelf from this seller in Amazon, which arrived damage... After providing the customary imagery of the damaged item and packaging, the seller demanded unusual and exhaustive amounts of additional imagery, clearly in an effort to discourage the return... I asked Amazon to step in, and they issued me a return label and immediate refund... This is the type of absuive seller that makes online marketplaces a hostile environment for consumers... Worst seller on earth...
