    Utterly dishonest company. They deliver the furniture "curbside" (i.e. they dump it by the entrance of your home) without telling you and you are expected to take care of it yourself. If it's big furniture, you better be able to move it yourself or hire someone at your expense. If you want to return it, you also have to pay for it yourself, which in the case of large furniture becomes an even bigger expense. They calculatedly do not tell you of their delivery practices (or the disreputable company they hire to do this, which has terrible BBB ratings) until after you have paid. Do not buy from these people unless you are willing to move the furniture into your home yourself.

    Ordered 2 sets of dining chairs that are a completely different color and type of leather then pictured on their site. They are unwilling to accept any ownership in return shilling and/or offer their shipping cost rate. They have awful customer service with no regards to customer support or satisfaction. Cash grab business in moving furniture as a middleman.

    Placed an order, tried to cancel it within five minutes, found it cheaper elsewhere. Their live chat did not work to cancel it. Their fill out a form to cancel was not monitored. Sending an email got no response. The next morning at opening hours, I tried their customer service number, and no one picked up the phone for the first hour. I mentioned I was trying to cancel an order for the past 12 hours unsuccessfully and to please contact their warehouse to stop and cancel this order. Six hours later their warehouse shipped it out anyways. When the FedEx driver arrived at my house, I told them to leave it on the truck and return to sender. I made this perfectly clear with bison office. I had to inform them when it arrived back at their warehouse so that I could get a refund, only to get a partial refund because of their 15% restocking fee. The company has very poor customer service and very poor communication with their warehouse. I tried vigorously to cancel this order which they shipped out anyways, just to be able to stick me with a restocking fee. I highly DO NOT recommend purchasing from this company. They don't care about the buyer, just making a buck anyway they can, horrible customer service, unwilling to work with the customer.

    Chair arrived damaged. Returned according to ******* rules but Bison refuses to issue refund. $500 down the drain.

    Buyer be ****!!!Ordered 2 individual chairs from ***** via ******. Got 2 tracking numbers via ******, the next day a single package showed up with a 3rd tracking number. Inside were both chairs, placed on top of each other. The box they were in was not original, nor was there much padding or packaging inside the box. Leaving about 10 inches of play at the top of the box and about 4 inches on the side of the box for the chairs to bounce around inside the box during transport. Needless to say, I ordered new chairs and received damaged. Now ***** refuses to refund, unless I pay for return shipping. This is their scam, read on Amazon or here, and it looks like lots of people get a damaged assembled piece, and then Bison will only take the return of it if the customer pays to return it. Otherwise they offer you a partial refund/discount or offer to send you replacement pieces.

    The company sells their product through ******* a very heavy table was delivered in error and I wanted to return the other table I am disabled but two men could not move this heavy table ******* had agreed that I could return the table in November when I returned from **** to *******. I had surgery back in **** and was near death but the table was delivered in ******* in my absence well five days back and forth when ******* asked them to pick up the tables and they denied it Past the thirty days. Do NOT buy anything from this company. They r not honorable!!!!!

    BisonOffice LLC's white glove delivery is a scam. I paid significantly more for "white glove" delivery by BisonOffice which also goes to market as Bison Commerce. This was a huge mistake. They offered a 3 hour window YET ARRIVED 8 HOURS LATER. When I contacted Bison Commerce about the extreme delay in delivery they told me they would take care of it - and then later they refused. They refused to make any restitution for wasting an entire day of mine. Summary - BisonOffice charges extra for delivery and then wastes an entire day and their customer support doesn't care. Never buy anything from them.

    This is the worst company to buy product. This is the worst company to purchase furniture from. They sell damaged pieces as if they were new, and when your order arrives damaged, they expect you to cover the return shipping costs. What's worse, they seem confident you won't return it and try to offer a small credit, like $100, to convince you to keep the faulty item. This tactic is often used because shipping costs are so high that they hope you'll settle for a partial refund instead of going through the hassle of returning the item. Avoid buying from this company they're just waiting for their next unsuspecting customer, and it could be you.

    Absolutely horrible seller! They expected us to send back a table weighing almost one hundred pounds at our expense to obtain a refund. Endless loops of emails leading nowhere. According to ******, they are being helpful. Yeah right. I'm our over two hundred bucks but I can rest assure you I will never but from this shady $$$ company ever again!!!!!
