      ***** the repairman did an excellent job on our ac unit and was very friendly he explained everything that had to be done and the cost would use the company again.

      This is the worst company dont ever higher them I have been waiting for over a month for a dryer repair they came once and put in a 400 dollar part still didnt work now I am waiting for a 25 dollar igniter that I told the technician that is what was wrong in the first place! And the girl **** who answers the phone is the worst person to speak to and is a real rude person on the phone!!! They never showed up for an appointment and she says she called but I never had a message from them no recent phone calls from them on my phone so I have proof that they never called! I am sorry I called them in the first place and am sorry I wasted 400 dollars for a part that never needed to be replaced I think they must need money because they are a big scam I repeat dont call this place unless you want to be taken and wait for ever for work to get done!!!!

      Service date 4/14/23. Technician was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. My washing machine drain pump was not working, he figured it may be the circuit board but actually found there was a short in the wire. Saved me hundreds of dollars with his assistance. I would recommend

      They are the worst service company I've ever dealt with. Do not, I repeat do not ever allow these people in your home or you will be sorry. They will take your payment and you will not here from them. Call them, nobody answers. They have no voicemail. If they answer, the woman is rude and condescending. She has no discernable phone or office skills. She hung up on me twice. The service men told me my icemaker was broken. I told him I thought it was a frozen valve. We put money down for a new icemaker. I decided to use a different company. 20 phone calls and nearly amounts after I finally got a partial refund. I would give zero stars if possible. You will regret using A-1 Affordable.

      Business is a scam! Came out to my house to fix my dryer, tells us he needs to order the part and it will take about 10 days , but he will need half down. 12 days later phone is shut off and no way to contact them.
