5 starsI used Renewal by Anderson for my new window purchase, I had a HUGE project, which included 20 windows plus indoor window sill and trim. From the beginning to the end was a great experience, no pressure to buy, asked a ton of questions and always got answers starting with my salesman Josh K*******, to customer care Kirsten, to the installers Todd and his two sons, everything went smoothly. It took 12 weeks to customize my windows, I chose black double hung windows, on install day Todd and his son's showed up and got to work, 13 windows went in the first day and so on, the whole project took 4 days, with all disruptions of my family (including my dog lol), Todd and his sons were able to work 8 plus hours a day and clean up after themselves NEVER leaving a mess. Todd went above and beyond the call of duty and helped me with a portable ac unit I needed for my sons room.

5 starsTodd and his team completed the installation of our new windows in 2.5 days and did an amazing job. Everything was done very precisely and with great attention to detail, and they left the house super clean! 5 starsOur new windows and doors look amazing. John and his partner did a great job, were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Took the time to show us how to use the windows and went back through at the end to make sure everything looked good. I would recommend them, never expected such nice guys as the two we had. 4 starsThe installers were great, they explained what was happening and how they had to proceed with having to make adjustments. The sales person was incorrect in his promises of exact windows and trim. He claimed he would be present for the installation, only one installer was there the first day. A manager did show up to help him unload the window and lift into position then left. We were promised one day Installation. Bay window trim needed to be corrected, then the door trim needed to be corrected, still waiting for that. Bay window glass and view is 2-3 inches less than expected . Installers corrected issues with the window screens . The front door unit was also a few inches to thin , so the installers had to correct but had to reorder different trim .Renewal by Andersen of Central Illinois
