I ordered a deep freezer from Dressfat but the charge showed up on my card statement as partionfashion. I got a email from dressfat the very next day after the funds was taken from my account stating that payment was received and my item will be shipped in 1 to 3 days. They also said that once a tracking number was provided to then they will send me the tracking information which I never got. After 2 weeks I realized that I didn't get the tracking info so I started emailing them asking for the tracking number but never got a response. Looked up their number which goes straight to voice-mail and can't leave a message. I was charged $71.32 and never got my deep freezer. I don't understand how people can create a scamm like this and ripe people off. Now I'm catching h*** trying to get my money back from my card company. I'm disabled and on a very fixed income and can't afford to be ripped off like this. Please if anything can be done to stop people from scamming someone else please do something to stop this.Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 kayaks from dressfat. I never heard of a confirmation or date of delivery. They debited my PayPal card and i never heard from them. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they were able to get dressfat to send me a shipping confirmation number. Bought a Sentinel 18 gun capacity Gun/Storage Cabinet from Dressfat.com back on September 28, 2022. It was processed and payment was taken out 9/29/2022. I received email confirmation of my order as well as an email stating item was shipped and would take ***** days for shipping with a link to the shippers website and tracking #. Was unable to access any information till after 11/3/2022, only to find out it was delivered to a random address in ****** at someones garage. Not the address on the order(my address).To no avail, I have been emailing and calling the #/email address provided on the website with no response on the matter. I would love to have a replacement or a refund. The safe was to be a gift for my father-in-law. The only thing he asked for/needs. He has very few precious holiday/celebrations left, with his cancer his days are limited. Hes never owned a brand new, legitimate safe before(always made his out of wood) and we wanted to surprise him it; that way he can have 1 finally and be able to put all his guns in it. Because right now he has them wrapped in blankets & some in cases. ******* in his room in a sliding top cabinet.
