      Wear Felicity markets its personalized bracelets on Instagram. You are supposed to be able to see your personal photo in the bead on the bracelet with your naked eye, but it doesnt actually work. I wish I had checked reviews first because there are endless complaints about not receiving the bracelet, receiving the wrong one, or the bracelet not working.

      I emailed the company many times to cancel my order they never confirmed my payment . Then they never communicated how long it would take to recover item. This morning they sent an email claiming my item will be done on 5/22/25 Today is 5/28/25!!!

      Date of transaction: April 18th 2025 Amount: $41.95 Purchased a necklace as a surprise gift for my father. Had a picture of my cat that just passed away. My father was heartbroken, so it was going to be a nice gesture. The picture is unrecognizable and far too distorted. I reached out to ask about it and get help, but it has been over a month. I have sent multiple emails and messages. There are synonymous reviews saying the same thing, that they ignore people after handing out bad product. I dont think a business should be able to continue that, its false advertisement on the quality of the product and doesnt follow proper business guidelines when it comes to answering customers

      Item was purchased 2/9 and shipped 2/27/25. One bracelet already broke. Barely one month old. Reached out to company but they said they cant do anything about it, except offer a 25% coupon for next purchase.

      Hello, I placed an order for $28 to Wear felicity ( a personalized ring ) As I checked out it charged me for 3 rings- $84.00 - This was 1"11 am on 4/18even after I let them l I emailed them 4/18 at 1:30 am to report THEIR website charged me THREE TIMES at 4/18 they emailed me back to tell me NO refunds - i let them know it was THERE website charging me 3 times. I SAID THIS IS STELING UNAUTHRIZED CHARGES They said the payment was taken . the end Then I came to BBB site too late but this company HAS OVER 321 COMPLAINETS my email-1) shows transaction 2) email #2 shows ORDER DUPLICATED 3) email #3 shows I contact wear felicity customer service minutes later0 Auto email reply 4) WEAR FELICTY responded this morning - Said payment taken there policy is no refunds I TOLD THEM IT WAS'NT A ME ISSUE ITWAS A WEBSITE ISSUE CHARGING ME 2 EXTRA TIMES FOR THE SAME ITEM

      Ordered an engraved locket on 3/7/25 saying mom with a picture inside I chose the cursive writing. Order number is #*******. I received the locket and they spaced the cursive out not like the picture it advertised and it looks like it says mam. They say because I chose that font that theres nothing they could do. I wasted $37.55 on a locket I cant even give to my mom not my mam. This place is false advertising and stealing peoples money with janky quality things. The word mam they put isnt even level. Its crooked and spaced out and makes no sense what so ever. They are thiefs.

      I purchased a bracelet for my Granddaughter on 1-29-2025 & have still not received it. I've contacted the company multiple times by ********* continue to get a generic response of "we are working on your order & will get it to you soon". It is now going on 2 ********** still haven't received it.

      I purchased an item 12/12/24, no confirmation not communication. Attempted to reach this company multiple times, only to receive an email weeks later stating my product was being shipped late without my authorization. The item arrived and in extreme poor quality. Months later I am attempting to get refunded for $60.80 and I am being treated with utter disrespect and lack of professionalism. Still no resolution months later.

      I purchased a $250.00 bracelet from this company on January 29, 2025. Order # *******. it is now March 3rd and I have not received my order. Each time I email customer service I get an automated email response that says not to send any more emails. Only one email on 02/12/25 said that the order takes 25 days. We are passed this timeframe. This is the worst company I have ever ordered from. I asked for a refund and they told me they could not give me one because the item was specially made. Please help me get my order or at least a refund. This company appears to be a scam.

      2/19 Order- ******* I ordered a custom bracelet and was charged more rhan I should have. I ordered after business hours. They took my money immediately. I emailed to have it canceled beinf you cannot charhe more than what I paid even if its .75 more. I emailed and sent messages and no response. When i looked again, they changed the price back to what it should have been. They then days and days later said nothing rhey can do because it is custom order and once placed csnt refund because they sent it to production. Meanwhile production was closed. After a week, the peoduxt was still not touched or no work was done and kept getting automated messages. Not even apologizing. On monday 2/24 they sent an email stating my order is now in production. So they lied to me daying its in production as soon as the order was placed. I contacted my credit card company also. I also stated im a cancer patient and not even the peoce which got me annoyed i thiight it was gold and its brass and I can get very ill with chemo etc. no response or reply. I want it refunded.
