      I ordered a gift for my mother back in December and the order still has not been fulfilled! They have not sent me any shipping information or follow up since I placed my order on 12/20/23.

      I place an order around December 10th, I bought 3 items with the total was $91.50 for gifts. I was supposed to have received tracking info by January 8th. Ive not received and anytime I try to find tracking info all I get is should receive tracking soon. I either want to delivery asap or my money back. I have all emails saved if needed to show Ive reach out several times. I was waiting on chat for 3 hours today for a representative only to get nobody.

      I ordered products on December 17, 2023 totaling $166.40. I was informed the order may take up to 25 business days to be completed and ready for shipment. On January 5, 2023, I was informed that the order was finished production and would be shipped out 1-5 business days after January 8. I have received no further updates and the order has not been shipped as of January 23, 2023. I've attempted to reach out to them on social media and through their website with no response.

      On 12/19/23 I purchased (2) custom bracelets from WearFelicity's website. I paid $60.80 and it was deducted from my bank account immediately via PayPal.I received a generic thank you for your order email. Order# ******* I then received another generic email 3 weeks later stating it was still in the processing part of the order. I then received one stating that in 3-5 days from 1/8/24 I could expect my order.I never received anything. Money was taken (stolen!) from me on 12/19/23 and no item was delivered. This is fraud.There was NO customer service. No one you could actually speak to to resolve anything.This company needs to be shut down.I want my money back! Please help.

      Play still order on December 13 with the promise that it would be delivered before the 25th it is now January 23 and I have not got in contact with the company at all except for random emails that my order has been processed

      I placed an online order with Wear Felicity on December 13, 2023. I purchased two custom keychains and an ornament for a total of $109.15. I have yet to receive my purchase as of January 22, ****. It is extremely hard to get ahold of customer service. I requested an update on my order on Tuesday, January 16th and they advised my order would ship out within the next few days. I still have not received the gift nor have I gotten any kind of notice that my order has shipping. I requested for my order to be cancelled but I was informed that since it is a customized order, I cannot return or be refunded. I started to do some digging and come to find out, the company has horrible reviews on other websites warning people to not buy this product. However, Wear Felicity's website only has 5 star reviews - which to me is very misleading. Wear Felicity's social media accounts have people commenting to not buy this product. This company is taking peoples money.

      Purchased a piece of jewelry from this company over a month ago with no delivery or even update to status on their website I have contacted the company via email with no mention of fulfilling or refunding my purchase and was told not to send duplicate emails regarding my order.

      I saw an ad on instagram I clicked it I ordered wear felony a necklace and bracelet and a ring order # ******* on December 6 2023 for $81.56. It is now 1.20.24. Every time I try to contact the company I get a robot that cant help or asks me to leave a message. My account online says paid but unfulfilled.

      Purchased a ring and an ornament on 12/6, it has not shipped, the company will not respond to requests for information and will not issue refund. I have sat on their "chat" which is the only way to communicate with the company for 4 days with no response outside the automated chat. I have reached out independently to their CEO via LinkedIn.       This was supposed to be a Christmas present. I have received no communication from the company about why I still have not received the product EXCEPT that it was finished in production phase. They said it should take 1-5 days to ship. I never heard from them again, they never responded again. It has been such terrible customer service and I just want the product I paid for.
