This trip was dispatched to Ride * ****************** Where these drivers use his personal vehicle with a sign in the window saying PACE that was on July 27,2022. I believe at 10:00 a.m. The driver arrived at my home ****************************************************. He called my name I proceeded to walking toward his vehicle where he had another passenger in the back seat it was a small care, I give the driver my Rollator ****** before I know the driver continue to tell me to get in the car as he attempts to put my rollator ****** in the back trunk. The car was too small, I didn't notice he had unassembled my ****** throwing it back and forward trying to make it fit with handlebars hanging on the man shoulder of the back seat. I explained to the guy. I cannot get in the car it to uncomfortable I'm cancelled the ride and called Pace for any vehicle; he had a bad attitude. I get out the car immediate first he had to assemble my rollator ****** back. I notice the ****** was damaged wheel is shaking and rocking called. call Peace and put in a complete I was giving a reference # ****** for the company that responsible for the damaged which is Ride * Ride I spoke to ********* at ************ she sure me that one of the supervisors will get back in touch with me. Not one times have I received any call from this off just continued to lead my on from July 27, 2022, until now. I ******************* just once another rollator ******.
