    This company is a total scam. The shoes are c*** and you cannot return them. I also got scammed for a "stress- free" return policy. They are a rip off company that ships from ***** and even when I sent pictures of the damaged product they still wouldn't return them. I feel really dumb that I got scammed by this joke company! PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY THAT IS ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE ON **************

    Orthofit shoe store is a HUGE FR"AUD. They claim "stress free returns" , it is anything but stress-free. THEY DO NOT DESERVE EVEN HALF A STAR.For starters, the website is confusing and misleading. I thought I was availing the 10% discount they were offering, instead I was scammed into buying one more pair of shoes.As soon as the shoes arrived, I tried them on, they did not fit, they were not at all comfortable. That very day I emailed them saying I needed to return them. They responded a couple of days later asking me strangely to send them images of the shoes from every angle, and explain why I wanted to return them. I did that, multiple times over several days. It has been a week. I have not heard back from them, and judging by the numerous similar complaints about this company I have no hope they will ever get back to me. And if at all they do, they are unlikely to refund my money as has been mentioned in every complaint. This company uses fraudulent business practices, of that there is no doubt. I have written this to warn other potential buys who may fall into the trap I fell into. Please steer clear of this company. I have no idea what can be done about it except for writing complaints.

    Horrible. Do not use this company. They say they have a stress free return policy which is a joke. They only wanted to give a 10% refund. The shoes came from ***** and were in a plastic bag. Do not use this company for anything!

    I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE SHOES OR COMPANY!!! Shoes are cheaply made and the company will not refund my money. Please do not purchase shoes from this company!!

    This company is unscrupulous and that's being generous. SCAM!!!!! While the tread was great, the upper part had no support and a loop that holds the lace has already broken. When I tried to return, I was told that the shoes could not be resold because I wore them for two weeks. I almost fell out of my chair. WHAT company would resell shoes that were returned because they were junk? Apparently ORTHOFIT.........what a scam

    RIP-OFF company. Returned garbage shoes and they refused my package. Said I tried shoes on and I didn't. Paid $69.95 for shoes that came in a plastic bag. Cheap *^#@!!!

    Scammers that dont honor return policy. Getting the run around after several attempts to return shoe that doesnt fit. I probably will have to bite this one? How can this business continue?? What can we do as customers?

    Rip off! Don't buy from this company. The shoes are poorly made with NO support. I was told they would not refund my purchase because I TRIED THE SHOES ON! How does a consumer know a product is the right purchase if they cant try it on????

    Zero stars. Awful shoes. Like pool shoes at high prices. Pure ********* what advertised. No support flimsy on all sides. A total scam. They know you don't want awful shoes and they try and force you to keep them by offering you.a 10% discount. There is no address to mail back. I heard those that did mail back got no acknowledgement of receipt and therefore no money.. The ultimate in scams! Don't buy!! If you do call credit card company right away and say it is a scam. Ready to turn them into the Attorney General.
