Purchased two pairs of sneakers (one in error for $59 and $49 but the one pair did not fit correctly and seamed flimsy. Both need to be returned but contacting support is not providing on how these sneakers can be returned.Initial Complaint

I ordered a womens size 9W and received a child size 6. The shoes are not at all orthopedic shoes as claimed. Very cheaply made. When I asked to return them, I was given an address in ***** costing $61.50 to mail back.Initial Complaint

The Orthofit company appears to be an **************** online. Nowhere on their web page do they disclose that returns must be sent to *****. Their shoes dont look like what is pictured on the website , and the fit is cheap and terrible. Dont buy anything from this company. They offer you a 10% discount to keep the defective products, because they know that the cost to ship them back to ***** is outrageous and likely exceeds the amount you paid for the inferior shoes. I believe this website should be shut down as they are obviously selling a really inferior cheap product with fake reviews and then sticking you with the product because they know you will not pay the cost to ship. They also claim a no hassle return policy. It took 4 days and 3 emails to get them to even tell me how to return. Their email also says that they refuse my return if the shoes appear to be worn. I believe this is a scam and they will never return anyones money.Initial Complaint

Bought shoe that are not as discribed at all. Wrong size and cheap, super cheap materials. I think it is made from old used car tires because thats what the soles look like and smell like. They are shipped from ***** and will not answer emails when i tried to return product.Initial Complaint

I ordered one (1) pair of sandals from ortho fit. I received three (3) pair. I only opened one pair, and their pair hurt my feet. So I called to return the three. They did not want to know anything, and they told me to return them to not ********** where they were delivered from, but to ********************* told me the cost to return. The three pairs would be between $50 and $60. Because I could not afford that, I returned them to where they came from ***********I was informed after 30 emails that I would not get my refund back". I have been going back-and-forth with them for about 10 days before. I finally decided to simply return them to ***********The cost for the three pair was $120, the cost to mail to ********** was 11. This is a deceitful company, even on their website they have the American flag, as if I was dealing with an ****************** they were mailed from **********, so I also assumed I was dealing with an ***************** There are multiple complaints online about this company, most of them concern their return policy. They are very deceitful and scammers.. I am very upset. They will not return my $120. Can you please help me?Initial Complaint

False advertising of sandals- had Vionic sandals pictures and was sent knock off cheap version. Sent back ( at my expense) through **** and has been stuck in customs in ***** for 2 months- **** cannot see further and I was directed back to company. Orthofit told me to have **** tell me what fees are owed and it is my responsibility. I have no recourse and am out the $32 it cost to ship 1st class.Initial Complaint

Purchased sandals from Orthofit. Arrived over two weeks later, and discovered they are actually from *****. They are terribly quality plus they are WAY too wide. I paid ***** and went to their website to initiate a return. You have to email them, and await a response if thought you have only 30 days to return. I emailed them 3 days in a row, and finally received an offer to keep the sandals for another 3.50 discount. THEY are horrible quality and they do not fit. I requested an address only to find out its in *****. It would be expensive to return. PLUS, in the email they stated that if the sandals had been tried on, they may be considered unsanitary.Initial Complaint

I ordered and paid for 2 dresses from this company. The dresses were not as described on the company website - they were 100% polyester though described as $100 cotton. This order was placed by accident, I contacted them within hours. They said they would try to cancel then didnt respond until i sent them 3 more emails. The produvt still hasnt shipped and once I looked at the order they charged more than they were supposed to for the order to begin with. After a week of the item still not shipping I went to read reviews and this company is known for not sending the package, or sending somwthing other than what was ordered. They told me once I receive the package I **** contact them about a return, but its been over a week and the package shows it is not even ready for shipmanet. This company is horrible and does not conduct itself how a company should.
