    I bought a "mystery bundle" that was supposed to be valued at $200+. However, it wad only about $130 worth of their heavily clearance items that were clearly not selling for a reason. They also falsely advertised the number of items, and I only recieved items out of the 5. **************** was terrible and would not resolve this issue, they just responded with "it's a mystery bundle and there are no guarantees as to what's inside" also non returnable apparently.

    I purchased a diaper bag bundle on the 20th, it had yet to be shipped. Contacted customer service twice and have yet to hear any response. Very poor customer service for selling high priced items.

    Looks expensive but cheaply made. The part i am most upset about is falling for their deception of removing one and two star ratings on this diaper bag. I just took a screenshot of the 240 reviews and none are below three stars which is exactly why i trusted the bag would last and be good quality. They have to be removing the one and two star ratings because I am sure everyone who took the time to post here put those type ratings. Deception in advertising at its best. Shame on them. Also noticed they dont reply here to the bad reviews on BBB. They apparently care more about money than their reputation. Their sales will dissipate as time goes by and their popularity will go away with a tarnished reputation.

    I have always loved itzy ritzy products and had my eye on a diaper bag for a long time. I finally splurged on one during a big sale and purchased a bag valued around $120 for $60. It took 10 days to come in. I LOVED it. However, after only 4 months, one zipper broke off the track, followed by the other just a couple weeks later. I contacted customer service and their only option was to take it to a shoe repair store or a tailor. They said their return policy states to report any potential defects within 30 days of purchase. Meaning I would only have 20 days of use considering the shipping time. Also, how in the world would I have been able to guess that the zipper would break after only 4 months of use? They did not budge on offering any help, did not offer a credit/refund, and just continued to state their 30-day policy as if I was not understanding. I told them I get it, but the product did not come in damaged, it just lasted less than 5 months. Im extremely disappointed and will not be purchasing from them again. And definitely wont be spending my own money to have it repaired by another company.

    Purchased a Itzy Ritzy Diaper bag less than 7 months ago and the strap is shredding. When I contacted customer service to repair or replace they stated that there was only 90 days for a complaint like that to be filed. So I wanted to let it be known this product will not last the duration on your infant and to maybe rethink your purchase.

    I am writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent purchase. I bought one of your diaper bags for $240, and to my dismay, it has already broken. The bag is brand new and should not have failed so quickly. Given the high cost, I expected much better quality and durability. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I have been informed that Itzy Ritzy, a company I previously held in high regard, cannot repair the bag. Its truly disheartening to see a large corporation unable to assist mothers who are already struggling to make ends meet. I can no longer justify shopping with Itzy Ritzy and am saddened by the declining quality and lack of support from your company. This experience has left me with no choice but to reconsider where I spend my hard-earned money in the future. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it reflects poorly on a brand that many parents rely on.

    Out of my excitement I purchased nearly $200 diaper bag and immediately cut off tags and tossed shipping box. Too my surprised- I was very disappointed when I contacted customer service and was denied a credit for a new bag Im exchange for the one I purchased because the tag was cut. I came to realize it was far too big for daily use and too small for overnight use this was a total spurge for me. Bag unused, and customer service did nothing to assist me with returning or exchanging the bag. Completely disheartened by this experience with the company.

    I placed an order for my daughter 10 days ago. I keep checking, it has not changed from order placed. I have ordered several other items from my daughters registry from other places. I have received them all. It is frustrating. I cant find anything out from the website. I will never purchase anything Itzy Ritzy again. It is not a customer friendly site.

This order was placed on April 21st during our Anniversary Sale. The shipping timeline for Anniversary Sale orders was and additional 7-10 business days. This information was posted in several places on our website during our sale. We were able to verify that your order was delivered within this timeframe, on May 3rd.

    TERRIBLE customer service! My bag ripped after only using it for a few weeks! I emailed CS and they said they didnt have a warranty and only can do something within 30 days of purchase. Their bags are absolute TRASH for being $200+. I wish I could give them 0 stars!!

    Hello ******** - We're sorry to hear your disappointment. When you contacted us in April 2024 we did let you know your diaper bag did not qualify for a replacement due to the wear and tear on your bag being consistent with normal use. When you reported the issue in May of 2022 we provided you with the information to send it back for a full replacement at that time. We did not receive the bag or hear from you after that, so we were unable to issue that replacement then, and unfortunately the 1-year warranty expired in February 2023 before you contacted ** in June.     Worst customer service in baby industry.Received a defective new bag at my shower. Contacted them and since I didn't have proof of purchase, they refused to do anything. They wanted me to contact the gift giver, explain the problem, and request proof of purchase from them. How tacky and rude! Left me with a $200 defective bag and some rude emails.
