Good afternoon My name is Berneice **** I am reaching out because it appears that false information is being reported or my ****** report. Chevrolet of Naperville has reported on August 2022 that they replaced my long block. August 2022 Chevrolet in Naperville only did a diagnostic test on my car they were only able to tell me what I told him was wrong with my car. No labor or parts were ever done or purchased on my car. on the same receipt from August 2022 Chevrolet of Naperville stated that my front brakes and rotors needed to be done and customer stated will get done somewhere else that is also false information April 2022 I purchase brakes and rotors from ******** call Chevrolet of Naperville to price the labor Chevrolet of Naperville left a voicemail for me with the price of the labor The price for My front brakes and rotors was 110 Chevrolet of Naperville completed that job April 2022 according to my ****** it states that they only inspected my brakes they failed to disclose to ****** that they completed my front brakes and rotors. I have been in contact with *** in regards to the false information as well as I have a claim out for the fixing of my vehicle. I have been constantly reaching out to *** and Chevrolet of Naperville. I have been told on several occasions that someone would call me back or no service advisors is available to talk to me. I have left messages to both companies. My car is still not fixed. I was told I would receive a loaner vehicle and that has no happened either. I paid for a diagnostic tests to be done only for Chevrolet of Naperville to not be able to tell me what’s wrong and then turn around and falsely report to *** *** that they fixed something that they quoted me would cost 10 thousand dollars. I have the receipts for everything. The $110 receipt is from them fixing my front brakes and rotors I supplied the parts And as you can see on the receipts they said I’ve said I will get it done somewhere else.
