      Purchased May 16,2019. Self propelled speed control quit working in 2022. Contacted manufacturer who told me warranty expired, no parts were available, take it to a service center. I went to local Ace Hardware who had a technician that worked on these and he assisted me along with reddit users.I got self propelled function working but only at fast speed. A couple of days ago it would not start. I contacted their customer service who only want to register the tool, and wouldn't tell me anything about warranty coverage.

      I purchased an ego chainsaw. It has ceased to function within the warranty time limit. My attempts to work through the customer service department of this company have shown it to be incompetent at best and fraudulent at worst. I desperately need a working chainsaw during this time of the year. What I would like is a credit towards the purchase of a new saw.

      I purchased an EGO *************************************** late August 2023. I paid with tax ******. The battery has a three year warranty. On April 5, 2024 the battery would not charge. I called EGO customer service and was advised the battery would be replaced as it is under warranty. On 04-16-2024 I called EGO to find out the status of the battery. I was told that the order had been mis-processed and a new order would have to be made. The lady was going to call me back in 2 hours with a tracking number. The call never came. I called EGO back this morning and explained what the problem was again. I was told the order had been placed, same thing as yesterday. I asked for a tracking number and was told one was not available. I asked to speak to a supervisor ****** was his name. He told me he was working on it. Apparently the warehouse that the order was placed is running low on batteries so the order was placed at another warehouse. I asked to be connected with the warehouse and was told they do not have a phone. I asked for a date when the battery would arrive and could not be given a date. I asked that the called ACE hardware in ****** and ship the new battery to ACE and I pick one up from ACE and was told they (EGO) can not do that. I then was offered a set of free lawn mower blades for my inconvenience and I turned it down At this point the only thing this lawn mower is good for is a paper weight or dining room decoration At least I can keep it dusted. I also asked if *** would refund my money for the lawn mower and was told no I would like for a replacement battery shipped to me overnight. I was told they were working on it. That doesn't get my lawn mowed. I have offered several solutions to this problem and all were turned down. I can't understand why they would offer me anything when the product that I bought and paid for doesn't work. I can go buy a new battery for ******. What good is the warranty if the company will not stand behind their product. I'm done with EGO. 12 days in making.

      My ego power+ mower stopped working and the customer service department is not response. I wait on hold. I ask for a call back. There is never a response. The only option for contacting the company listed on their website is to call.

      Received a leaf blower as a gift from Christmas, no receipt! Brand new only worked once! Told to just throw it out if i dont have a receipt! Said i can mail to you, help me troubleshoot! Just kept repeating no receipt not our problem! After a week of trying to get in touch with them! Picture is waiting time after asking to speak to a supervisor!

      I bought an Ego blower/trimmer combo from Lowes for $197.88 with tax on April 6,2024. I used the blower, after full charging it, and it lasted less than 10 minutes on low-medium power, that is a fraction of advertised up to 75 minutes of runtime and completely unreliable to do even menial tasks. Basically, with the 2.5ah battery included, I will need to fully recharge it 2-3 times just to trim and blow all the leaves away in my 6k sqft lawn.I like the blower and trimmer, but the battery is lacking. Can you upgrade my battery to a higher amps?

      My EGO blower is not working properly - a long long story short - brought it in for repair in October of 2023 and they finally determined it needs a battery replacement - I have spoken with numerous customer service agents and supervisors and they told me that they were going to send me a new battery - I keep calling back to check the status and I get the same response - you should hear something in a week or so - this has been going on far too long and I am very tired of calling and waiting on hold just to get told your problem has been resolved and not getting the resolution - please help

      Purchased Ego push mower in May 2023 and used it for a few months and then it stopped working. Caled support and a new 2nd mower was sent to my home, and I returned the original one. I used the 2nd mower and it stopped working the second time I used it. Called support and then shipped me a 3rd unit to my house an told me I could keep the one that was broken. The 3rd unit died and I was told to take it to Northern Tool to be fixed. I had to pay Northern tool $60 to troubleshoot and that cost would be refunded if it was a warranty claim. Northern tool called a few weeks ago and said the part that failed would not be available until June so they requested a new mower from EGO to be sent to my house. That's right, that would be mower #4. It has not arrived yet and I have a call into EGO but they are being unresponsive. I would like a refund for the original purchase price of $435 plus the $60 I paid for diagnostics at Northern Tool.

      I purchased 2 electric batteries for my EGO Power lawn blower. *** makes fraudulent claims that their batteries have a shelf life of 10 years, but might started losing their life after 3 and 4 years respectively. I contacted EGO Power / Chevron concerning my faulty batteries but was told, the batteries were not covered under the 3 year warranty period. EGO states their batteries have a shelf life of 10 years but then only offer a 3 year warranty. Something does not jive here, why would a company only offer a 3 year warranty if they claim their batteries have a shelf life of 10 years. This is both a fraudulent and deceptive marketing shame / promotion of facts that simply are not true.

      I use the Chevron Mobile App on my phone to purchase gas in exchange for points. However, I recently purchased gas on a "double point" Wednesday at my usual qualifying stations but received no points. I'm writing for two reasons: First, it's misleading to attract business based on false promises. I waited and drove less for the last few days so that I could take advantage of the double points today. You can imagine my disappointment when I received no points. Secondly, there is no way to receive help with this app. The chat feature does not connect with a person, and other support avenues did not respond to my complaint.
