      The string trimmer I purchased from ego less than a year ago broke due to a manufactures defect. They continued to claim it was accidental damage when it was not. It broke during use. I would like them to replace it as it has had multiple issues since initial purchase including but not limited to: battery not charging or holding a charge, the string not being released by the head properly, the auto loading function not working properly, and the string trimmer snapping at the connector when tapping lightly on the ground (per manufacturer instructions).

      My EGO self propelled mower has a problem. The self propelled stopped working. *** had me take the tool to a Staten Island repair shop (I live in **) which I did. After almost 5 weeks and a couple of calls to EGO the shop contacted me to pick up the tool. When I arrived for pick up and tested the tool it was not working altogether. I left the tool and called EGO again. I also explained that so far I spent $160 to have my lawn mowed. They said they will escalate and that was the end of it, I am still waiting (we in the sixth week of the "repair"Thank you for your recent call to EGO customer support on April 12, 2023 ! We are sorry to hear you are having issues with your tool.Based on the current symptoms of your tool we find the best solution at this time is for you to take your item and have it reviewed by a technician at one of our authorized EGO dealers.       April 9, 2023, I pre-paid $70 inside the store on below Chevron gas station:Station ID: ****** RETAIL OUTLET # ****** *************************************************** Phone: ************** Late, I found they charged me twice, one is $50, and the other is $70. Called gas station, employee asked me to call Chevron customer service.Called ********************** customer service on April 18th and got case number ********. Today get an email from them, told me they could not reach station manager and asked me to contact gas station. If Chevron could not reach gas station manager, how can I reach him/her?As this is Chevron gas station, Chevron has responsibility to solve it.

      I bought and *** electric lawn mower last summer. When I went to mow the grass for the first time this year it wouldn't start. Took it to the repair shop designated by *** under warranty on 05/03/23. That shop indicated they don't do the repairs they would have to send it to one of their other facilities. Called three times to inquire on the status, and after the third time the repair shop said they didn't have it. I've called *** customer service a minimum of 7 times to get this resolved. They fail to call back and each time I call they simply tell me it's been escalated. It's been 45 days of complete and utter frustration. I was paying a lawn service for the first couple of mowings which was fine. I did tell customer service that if I didn't have resolution by 05/05/23, I would go purchase a new *** lawn mower and they could deal with the return if they couldn't make me whole. They didn't care and I continue to not have an answer. I've spent money on lawn service, countless hours on the phone during my work schedule, and have purchased another lawn mower which I plan to return within the allotted 30 day return policy (which I'm sure will be a fiasco). After this experience, I don't want to own their products, but I had no leverage except to purchase their product again and at least force them to deal with a return. All I want is reimbursement for the new lawn mower and they can deal with my old lawn mower that's *** for 45 days.

      I bought one of these at Lowes this week, my 3rd ego mower. I got it home and wanted to try it out on a few leaves left over form fall. No grass yet as its just starting to get going. I had it set high and just wanted to clean up a bit. Make it 5 seconds and the mower died, indicating overload FROM A HANDFUL OF LEAVES! I tried it many more times and it just kept overloading, sometimes over nothing at all. I took it back to Lowes and got another, SAME EXACT THING AS THE FIRST ONE! I called ego and after holding for an hour I choose the keep your place in line call back option. No call back. Tried again the next day this time determined to stay on hold till I got someone, but after almost 2 hours I gave up and choose the call back option again. I finally got a call back a few hours later. They told me it was a known problem and there was nothing they could do about it, that all ****s were affected. I asked if they were going to fix it and they said they didnt know. They then offered me the **** mower (same one as my three year old mower) and a free trimmer. So an $800 package to make up for my $1000 purchase, needless to say I passed and got my money back at Lowes, where the manager, upon finding out what I experienced, went and put return to manufacturer stickers on every one they had in stock.

      I purchased a brand new ego battery in july of 2020, immediatly registered the product online to activate my 3 years warranty. I am now having issues with the battery and EGO is telling me that my warranty is in fact not valid.

      Just purchased a EGO + 530cfm blower from ace hardware in ******** **. ****** to fill out warranty card online and when i get to the battery serial number it doesn't match what they're telling me it should be ! I called Ego customer support and stayed on the phone and listened to a recording for over 25 minutes. I hung up and called again and was on another 17 minutes, and finally pressed zero for an automated call back that i never got ! I think i made a mistake buying an EGO product ! Not a good way to run a business !!!

      WE have had a a ego 21 inch self propelled lawnmower still under warranty call ************** for no one to pick up no email address avl We have done all the troubleshooting and you still have to go over lawn to do a double cut. If you go over only once it misses so many spots it is not funny. This model LM2100SP EGO 56 V ***LON 21 INCH MOWER (SELF PROPELLED) ORDER DATE 2022-06-06 was to replace This model is not satisfactory for cutting the grass

      I purchased the *** Power+ Lawn mover (over 24 months ago). It was purchased NEW (used) private seller. Upon purchase, I successfully registered the product with ***. Provided ALL of the necessary requested information. Recently, I've been having issues with the battery life (lasting only 20 mins). I called *** for support, they were unable to replace the battery due to the purchase type. This was not an issue upon registration. I followed ALL of the procedures during registration with no indication of an issue with ***. I'm simply seeking a compromise and the replacement cost of the battery.

      I purchased a lawnmower a year ago and suddenly the charger stopped charging. Called customer service numerous times with hold times of over 2 hours, left call back numbers and no response. Plus they dont have an online method for filing a warranty claim and no way of emailing. The product has a 3 year warranty
