              I financed a new vehicle from Napleton Honda and traded my old vehicle, they promised to pay off my old vehicle loan (financed from Napleton Honda) however today 04/05/24 I called my lienholder and was told that my old loan it's still not paid off. My payment date is coming up and they still after 15 days of the tradeoff haven't send a check to my bank. Now I have opened on my credit report my new loan and my old loan. I called Napleton Honda of Morton Grove and was transferred to finance however the gentlemen after heard why I was calling just hanged up. Also, after looking at my paperwork received from the dealer, I noticed I never received a bill of sale; I contacted them a few times for my bill of sale that I never received and still haven't heard back. Awful!

              Took my Honda Pilot in for 60 K maintenance. The next day my son noticed oil under my car. They blamed the leak on the filter but took no ownership for the lack of checking their own work. They offered no apology or compensation for the mistake. They had my car for two and a half hours changing other fluids and this went unnoticed by their mechanics. I have gotten better service by high school kids at ********** at least there if your oil leaks they do it in 15 minute wait.
