      This company sent me the wrong used bookbut have not , I ordered keeping the faith, by ***********************, they sent me keeping the faith, by *******************, I have sent them three complaints, and they say they got my complaint, but they have never done nothing about it. Its been a month since I ordered this

      then something is wrong with the **** number on the book for the that item.

      I ordered 8 books for my godson for his first birthday through SecondSale. There were two major issues along the way. First, I placed the order on March 19. The order was due to arrive between March ***** I believe. It arrived April 3. During this time period, tracking was never updated. I emailed on three occasions regarding this issue. I emailed on March 23 and March 27 and received generic automated responses. I emailed again on March 29 stating I would be requesting a refund if tracking I formation was not shared. On April 1, someone responded with tracking. It should be noted the tracking information shared was different from what was originally sent to me and not being updated. The second issue is the order. One of my books was incorrect. I ordered the Spanish version and received the English version. I sent an email on April 3 inquiring about how to exchange this book for the correct one or return it for a refund. I received no response. I emailed again on April 9, again with no response. I would like the correct book that I ordered or a refund for the incorrect book I received. Additionally, I would like to note that they claim on their website to be a BBB accredited business, but they cannot be found under the BBB directory.

      Ordered books said shipped now sitting in a loop after looking at reviews seems like thats the scam 14.30$ on 3-12-23 its the principle and they have your logo

      I've ordered books for the 1st time.I spent ****** for books and have only received 10 books that i ordered.they have a thing you buy 3 books and get 1 free. This are not books that I would want to read. I've left a voice message and email that I need an address to send these back.

      I'm tired of being jerked around.

      I did a quote to sell back my college book, printed my label and they received it on 2/22/23 and processed it on 2/24/23. Every since then the status says pending inspection. Nobody will contact me. Either send me my money or my book back. I will not use them again.

      I ordered a couple of books from this website on 1/27/2023. One of the books was refunded back to my credit card on 1/28/2023 when they realized that the book was not in stock. I patiently waited for the second book which I was told twice that it would be shipped out in ***** hours. Since I never received confirmation that the book was shipped, I requested a refund for it also. When I received an email stating that my refund was processing, it was the price of the first book already refunded for $4.41 instead of $10.95 plus tax = $11.83 the price of the second book. I paid a total of $16.24 for 2 books that I did not receive, however my refunds were only $4.41 x 2 = $8.82. Therefore the company owes me a balance of $7.42. The order ID is VMMRAQIDL. The title of the books are E-Myth Revisited and Working With the Law. The prices listed without tax, respectively, are $4.08 and $10.95.

      On 1/23/23 I shipped off 2 books in great condition to sellbackyourbook.com. The company received my order on 01/27/23 and it was signed for by RLopez. My order number is ******* tracking number for this order was ************ and this package was shipped through ****** I was supposed to receive $39.62 for my two books. I was told by Sellbackyourbook.com that when payment is issued, I will receive a email. Well I never got any emails saying payment issued. I chatted with the company through website chat and they told me my payment was issued on 2/1/23 and I never received it. I been checking back and forth with the company, and they keep telling me it was sent however, there is no proof that it was. Like I said I never even got the email saying payment sent. I then researched online and saw a ton of people on ******** also saying they sent books and never ever got paid. I followed back up with the company and told them why a lot of us not receiving our checks and then they told me, the had a issue with the department that issue the checks and how some checks were being returned to them. Keep in mind they never told me this not one time all those days I was constantly asking them about my payment. I asked them if my check was returned and the person, I was chatting with didnt even know. They told me they would send a message to the accounting department, and someone would contact me. Well no one ever did contact me.Overall, I feel like I was robbed! It's like they kept my books and had no intention of actually paying me my money. I never even got a email saying, "payment was sent" to begin with. I do not believe they even sent my payment but rather stole my books and lied about sending a payment. I feel heartbroken and sick to my stomach. I told them my family was struggling and needed the money to buy food and they decided to take full advantage of me. I guess this is what God meant when then Bible said in the last days mankind would turn wicked and deceitful.
