5 starsI am very pleased with the work. I needed new front steps. The job was too small for others. However, the Acri Company was more than willing to take it on. I now have safe stairs and proper railings. All of the workers were friendly, polite and cleaned up after themselves.

5 starsWe love our Acri windows! ***** was at our home right when he said he would be, and he and his crew completed the project of replacing our old windows with new ones, and in a timely fashion. Our new windows look great, and we feel that they are a quality product. This is the 2nd time we have used Acri, and we would call them again. Thanks!The ACRI Company

1 starWill I wouldn't hire them for anything. First they hired a third party to remove old ****** while doing so ruined the wood behind that. So now the siding wouldn't stay attached to house. So they came back 5 different times to fix this issue. Then to come to find out wood should of been on before the siding which they supposedly missed when they did the first install? Don't know how you could miss this being in the siding business but, They came back and said now you owe ****** more on top of the ****** dollars being spent on this siding. So we had to pay for their mistakes and damage caused by them to our house. Not including our time and embarrassment of the siding coming off or bowing out all over the house. So if anyone wants siding or anything done DON'T USE THEM... PLEASE And they are hard to get hold of or call you back from mgmt to the ******* that was here. SO PLEASE DO'T USE THEM. And no way do you have that many reviews that are 5 or even 4 star guarantee that. And that because I couldn't get a zero....The ACRI Company

The original job was done 5 years ago in 2019. At that time we removed the old siding to discover that the existing house sheathing was in poor condition. The decision was made at that time to insulate and side over the poor sheathing. Looking back at that decision, we probably should have chosen to explain the situation to Mr. ***** and add on for new house sheathing at that time. The original contract price included removing and replacing the siding only, there was nothing in the contract to replace the house sheathing. So doing so at that time 5 years ago would have incurred a cost. Unfortunately it's impossible to determine the condition of the current sheathing until we tear off the old siding.
We completed the install and have since been back to the *********** a few different times to fix siding that had pulled away from the house due to the nails not holding in the old sheathing. Nothing was ever charged to do the service.
This year we were called again to do a similar service. It's not normal that siding would be pulling away from the house due to nails not holding. It was determined that the sheathing was in poor condition and our nails were not staying secure. At that point we explained the situation to Mr and Mrs. *****. If we would have notified them at the time of the original install there would have been the exact same cost to replace the sheathing. We offered to finance the cost of the sheathing. We paid the cost to remove the siding and reinstall the siding after the new sheathing was installed.
I get it. No one likes to pay more than they originally planned. However there was no way of knowing that the sheathing was bad before doing the install. We explained the situation and came to the agreement of $3600 to replace the house sheathing. At that time there was no issue with proceeding with the additional amount. We promptly did the work and the *****' paid for the siding. Now some 3 months later they are upset that they had to pay anything. They have not once called in since the service was completed. They apparently emailed. It is always best to call in.
In the end. This home looks fantastic. The Acri Company does good work.
The Acri Company is open 8am - 5pm monday through friday. You can call ANYTIME during our operating hours and get a live person. We are very easy to get a hold of.

5 starsWe had Acri tear down our old cement steps and build a deck instead. They also fixed the electrical to the garage because that was in the cement from the previous owners. They did all the "behind the scenes" (permits, ordering, etc) for us and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The finished deck looks great and our kids love it.The ACRI Company

5 starsWe contracted Acri to replace the roof and gutters on our home. Also tear down and replace our garage after storm damage in 2023. We are extremely pleased with the work Acri did on our home and garage. They answered all our questions, came out and built a temporary fence for our dog while construction was being done. Their crews were knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. This is our third experience with Acri and we will call them again when we are ready to do more work. We are still enjoying the beautiful deck they built for us a few years ago. We will call them again in the future and we recommend them to others. Reliable. Professional. Helpful.
