Needed some more windows replaced and ******* did a wonderful job setting it all up and got us a awesome discount in the process. Definitely would recommend working with ******* and The Acri company.

AWESOME COMPANY! AAA RATING IN MY BOOK! My recent project went spectacular, starting with my sales representative, Jesse *****, who was very knowledgeable in planning and doing all the leg work involved with my project. He has proven to me, as a customer, that his business,sales and communication skills are far and above the average representative. He coordinated three 3 different crews to conduct 3 different stages in my project, a d I have nothing but GOOD things to say about all 3 crews. They all have done Amazing work on this project, and I gave them ALL A 5 plus star rating. Will definitely be utilizing Acri company in the spring for further project. We called ACRI when we had a storm come through and we lost siding on our house. They came out the same day to get it covered up and sealed so no further damage would occur. A project manager was very helpful throughout our insurance claim process. ACRI put all new siding and a roof on our house and it turned out amazing!! We love the quality of products that were used. All work was done in a timely manner and had no issues.The ACRI Company Response

Many years ago we hired ACRI Company to replace some of our windows. We were so pleased we hired them again to do the rest.Once again the quality of the work and the customer service was excellent. So we hired them to replace our patio doors with ones that had blinds inside the glass. Unfortunately herein lies the problem. The blinds inside the glass on the left side won't go up any longer. I called and the doors are still under warranty. Someone came out and took pictures. The last correspondence I received was August 8, 2023 saying the door was scheduled to be shipped on August 30. I patiently waited for an update of when the door would be replaced. But nothing. I call and in response I receive a text message telling me to correspond through the texting link. I text and get no reply at all. I am horribly disappointed. We paid thousands of dollars for these doors and they don't work.The ACRI Company Response

I have spoken with the customer. The manufacturer still has not made the replacement parts. They now asked for pictures which I have sent them before and just resent them. Once I get updated information I told customer I would contact her with a schedule of when the replacement parts would be installedReview from Sandi M

We had been needing to replace our 30 yr old windows for a while, but were afraid of the cost. After having numerous quotes, we chose ACRI. Their cost was definitely reasonable, and we were more than pleased with their installation and finished product. The windows are very what we had hoped for.The ACRI Company Response
