Date of transaction was June 28th 2022 Order number H5P3JAF5. Amount with drawn from my account was $253.89. I ordered Exipure 6 bottle exclusive limited time discount offer. On November 14th 2022 I contacted Exipure and asked for a refund as stated under their Iron clad 180 day 100% money back guarantee. They further stated they were to be advised of any dissatisfaction and would issue a full refund for every single bottle purchased. No questions asked. Exipure told me I could only return the 2 bottles that were unopened and unfortunately I had already discarded the other 4 bottles because they had been ineffective in producing weight loss.Exipure appears to have misrepresented their guarantee to consumers who would purchase this product from them. All of my attempts to achieve a resolution went unanswered and they further refused to transfer my concerns/complaint to a supervisor. Resolution: I am requesting $253.89 as a full refund as they falsely misrepresented their product and have been unwilling to stand behind their guarantee to the purchasing public.Initial Complaint

I bought their product in March 2022 and tried it faithfully. It cost $250.96. It did not work at all. I contacted the company and their Instagram representative telling them it didn't work and asked for suggestions. Still nothing worked. Contacted Exipure and Clickbank through email and on the phone in June several times telling them it didn't work and that I wanted a refund. They refused. I tried talking to them and emailing them many times. I sent all their product I had left and empty bottles back to them as they requested. Spent an additional $6.00 and still no refund. I have talked to many representatives at Exipure, clickbank and their instagram representative and they refuse to give me my refund back of $250.96. There is a no questions refund policy and that has not happened. This is a total scam! I just want my money back of $250.96. They have my money and their product back and I have nothing. This is not right or legal to keep both. Please help me. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for Exipure, plus a bonus offer that were shipped on 8/8/22. The order numbers are #QSGI2VPM in the amount of $242.89 and #QSGI2VMZ in the amount of $250.38 for a total of $493.27, that were shipped together on tracking # ********************** and paid for using my debit card.My 2 adult children and I have been taking the capsules daily since receiving them and none of us are seeing any difference in weight loss. On 9/12/22 I contacted the Exipure support and requested a refund, but was told to give the capsules a little more time to see if it would work for us. I was told by the representative ********* that I would need to return the bottles for a refund and she could do a 25% refund of $115.25 if I wanted to do that. I questioned this, if I was to give the capsules a longer trial and still saw no results, would I be able to get the remaining balance refunded. Support representative ******* replied with no, I would not receive the refund in full. Not wanting to accept the 25% I decided to give the capsules a little more time, since there was supposedly a 180 full money back, no questions asked guarantee, and at that time I made sure I saved the empty bottles as well.On 10/22/22 I emailed Exipure support again requesting a full refund and attached a copy of the details of the 180 day full money back, no questions asked guarantee, but have not received any response back at all.In addition to no resolution with this, after this order was processed through my debit card, not long after that my bank alerted me to some suspecious transactions trying to be purchased with my debit card, which turns out where indeed not made by me. So my bank also deactivated my debit card since that happened as well.I've attached a chat history of both times I emailed Exipure support requesting a full refund, including the copy of the refund guarantee. I've never had this happen before and I would like help getting the $493.27 back from them.Initial Complaint

Exipure is a fraud. I bought it from their site 6 minths ago. I should have noticed that they control reviews on their website & others can't add reviews. My husband and I each tried this for 6 months and didn't lose 1 pound. I called and they told me to wait longer. Then (as they probably wanted) I missed the money back date by 1 day. It's a fraud. Don't waste your money. I suspect they post many fake 5-star reviews. They are paying "review" websites to promote this. If you need a copy of my purchase, email ********* send a copyInitial Complaint

I ordered Exipure 3 bottles for 170. on my second month and nothing but a 2 pound weight gain. I endured the long spiel with no way to fast forward and finally scummed to the order. I sent them an email after a month, with the response that not everyone has the same results. I just want to ensure that others are not enticed into purchasing this product and that they quit selling it. A refund would be great but not holding my breath... buyer bewareInitial Complaint

I ordered six bottles of this product on 7/19/22 (order # ********) After taking the product I noticed no results and some negative side effects, and asked for a refund on 10/10/22. I was told that I would only receive a partial refund as I did not retain the empty bottles (which I had recycled.) This policy is designed to scam consumers out of their refunds as no one is going to keep empty containers. In addition, there is no reasonable explanation as to why they would want empty bottles returned to them. Their website/advertisements continuously boast Your order today is protected by my iron clad 180 day 100% money back guarantee. At any time in the next 180 days let us know and well refund every single ***** of your investment. No questions asked. The info posted is fraudulent and I can only imagine the amount of money scammed from their customers. The resolution I am seeking is to receive a full refund, not a pro-rated one. I attempted to escalate my complaint to a supervisor but was relayed the exact same information from him. My full refund should be $248.86.Initial Complaint

I ordered the 6 bottle pack (180 pills) on February 5th and did not receive them until February 11th. After taking the pills for 173 days (February 11th August 3rd) I notified the company that their pills did not work for me and requested a refund. I only had 5 bottles after mistakenly thrown one out so only requested a refund for 5. Exipure recommends to take a pill every day for between 90 and 180 days to ensure reaching your desired weight. On August the 4th I received an email instructing how to send the bottles back for a refund. I promptly packaged the bottles, took them to the *********** and sent them back that same day with a tracking number. On September 28th I still had no refund so I emailed Customer Support I was told that they were delivered on August 8th and my refund period ended August 5th. Here lies the problem, the 180 days of guarantee starts the day you ordered them. The terms of Exipure are a link in small print at the bottom of the web page that takes you to another page where you have to click on Shipping and Returns link under number 8. Refund Policy. There you will find the only place mentioned explaining the 180 day guarantee requirement in full. Dealing with 2 separate Customer Support persons I was told I understand your situation with regards to the return/refund information shared on the promotion material is not clear enough and I have forwarded the feedback to our team to see how best they can correct this to avoid similar occurrences in the future. To me this is admission to their responsibility in this transaction and lack of clarity. and also The Exipure purchase is backed by a 180-day money-back guarantee. This means that if you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, you should have contacted us within 180 days. I did contact them within their 180 days as stated above but because it took 3 days for the post office to deliver it to the fulfillment center I was 3 days past their closure of refund date.Initial Complaint

Their website https://exipure.com/ appears to provide intentionally false information. They express they have *******+ 5 star reviews. There is no link to these reviews and when I asked the affiliate that the website refers me too, they can't find them either. BEWARE! This company appears to be an intentional lying scam that does not have *******+ positive reviews.
