    I ordered Exipure and did not like the product. Per their policy, I requested to return the unused bottles for a refund, it states when you order that you have 180 days to try the product and return it. I had to pay to mail it back and now they are refusing to refund me even though the product was returned prior to the 180th day. They are saying that because it has passed 1/1/23 there is nothing they can do to refund me, however I confirmed that the package arrived to them on 12/19/22. I dont feel that I should not receive a refund just because they did not process the return in time.

    I ordered 6 bottles of exipure from their website. They guarantee a full refund right there on their page if the product doesn't work. It did not work! I gained 10 lbs instead of losing weight. And I can't find a customer service link or phone number to make a complaint or ask for a refund. This website is a fake and needs to be shut down. Please help me and others get our money back and if possible shut this business down before other innocent people get robbed. Money is tight these days and false advertising is illegal. Please help me get my money back.

    I ordered a 6 month supply of exipure on 7/15/22, with the knowledge that I could use it and had 6 months to return the item if I needed to no questions ask just return the empty bottles. I did not receive the order until 7/21/22. I contacted them on 1/11/23 for a full refund. They responded back on 1/11/23 and told me that they would not be able to give me a full refund because they would need the bottles shipped to them by 1/12/23 in order to give me a full refund which does not make sense since I did not place my order until July 15, 2022 and I did not get my pills until July 21, ***************************************************************************************************** as well as it was never stated that I had to get the pill bottles back before the six months ***** it said I needed to request a refund before the six months and then send the pills bottles back. They offered me 25% of my money back, which is ridiculous because I paid over $200 for it , only because they said that I could get a full refund. The product did not work and I want a full refund. When I sent that back to them, they said they couldnt go against policy and did not explain their policy and didnt show me proof that they sent me the policy of sending the pill bottles back before the refund date and I responded to them that I wanted a full refund again and I have not gotten any response back from them. I could have gotten the pill bottles back to them by the 6 month **** but they did not let me. This place is running a scam and I want my full refund back now!!

    I ordered the Exipure weight loss aid in November of 2022 and began taking them later that month. I ordered their six month promotion of 6 bottles. After two months of no results I contacted **************** regarding my dissatisfaction and desire to return the product in accordance with there 100% satisfaction guarantee, namely: "If within the first 180 days of receipt you are not satisfied with Exipure, you can request a refund by sending an email to the address given inside the product and we will immediately refund your entire purchase price, with no questions asked." What I got instead was a list of requirements in order to get a refund ($250.38), including the original packing slip, ALL six bottles and informing me they would pro-rate a refund contingent on how many bottles (opened or unopened, full, partial or empty) were returned. The requirement that ALL bottles be returned was NOT included in the 100% guarantee. They (Clickbank) issued a $156 refund and when I questioned this was told by Exipure "we could not work outside our company's policies or make an exception to process anything outside the regulations, hence we still have to process a partial refund based on the number of bottles returned." This is NOT what is posted in their 100% guarantee and is not only a breach of contract, it is consumer fraud. Their false advertising is $94.38 short of their promise!

    Date of transcation: 9/27/2022 The amount of money paid to Exipure: $144.42 - 3 bottles of Exipure Weight loss up to 50lbs The nature of the dispute: I gained 9lbs in one month. I stopped taking the product and I want my money back, but Exipure makes impossible to return the product and reimburse the money back, although they guaranteed the return in the beginning. Now they claimed that the transaction was made through Amazon.com and I have to deal with them. I am sure that have bought the product from their original website using ClickBank.com as their financial facility, tel. **************. Unfortunately, I didn't save the order number from a product package, but this is how the transaction had appeared on my bank statement: 1U8LE3QZAmzn.com/billWAUS. I read many bad reviews about Exipure business and how they set it up just confirmed their shady business.Thank you so much for looking into this issue.

    If your bank statement is showing amzn.comthen the purchase was made on amazon and not our retailer. You can only buy our product from the official website. It is not sold anywhere else. Unfortunately if you have purchased it on any other store, such as amazon, then it is likely those are counterfeit.

    I'm ordering ExiPure My complaints against the complaints I like to eat but anytime I eat how I want I get fat The complaints did just hoe I like to do they are but not one mentioned gaining weight Long story short that how I know ExiPure is exactly what I'm looking for because I just want to eat 3 meals a day without gaining weight For the people who complained If it works after I get the ExiPure and I don't gain weight which is exactly how I understand the advertisement that's a perfect product and I'm a test it I won't be happy with you people if I eat 3 meals and keep the extra weight off Thanks for you time BBB and I will get to the bottom of this myself Yes it sounded like they said eat what you want and lose weight but that's not how I heard it advertised I heard it be able to eat what you want it was a period there in a pretense of that is the comment.

    I bought 3 bottles of Exipure for $167.54. It did not work. I returned all three bottles as this was required. I have not received a refund of my money. I have a tracking slip that it was received by them in ******* ********.

    Like the other complaints for Exipure, I am experiencing problems obtaining a refund for this product that does not work. I purchased 3 bottles of Exipure on October 9, 2022. I have used 2 of the three bottles, and have found that the weight loss as guaranteed has not occurred. I did toss the first bottle after I finished it, so now the company will not refund my $173.43 because I didn't hang on to the first empty bottle. If they have a requirement for all used bottles to be returned for a refund, then they obviously know their product doesn't work and they don't have to issue refunds based on their return policy. They are a scam company, as is their product. I would like my money returned! Thank you.
