On February 23rd I towed my vehicle to bo transmission shop for a transmission issue. I paid the owner $2500 in total I sent $1000 deposit to his wife via Apple Pay and the rest was in cash at pick up. They was suppose to rebuild my old transmission but they failed to do that instead they brought a used transmission that was going out. I got my vehicle back in march and immediately my water pump went bad the vehicle sat for a week then I fixed that issue and but then my power steering pump went bad less than a week after then around my birthday April 16th my transfer case went out leaving my truck to sit until September 20th which I paid another mechanic to fix and by the time I started back driving it and moved to ******** ******** in November my car started acting funny like its my transmission again. I immediately went to the shop to get a resolution and the owner told me that my car was fine and I can drive it even though his other worker test drove it and said it was my transmission. I proceeded to take it another qualified shop who indeed confirmed bo transmission knew that they swap my transmission out for a bad one just to pocket my money due to me being young and I went alone. He stated that my 2nd and 4th gear is out. I then proceed to show bo transmission all my receipts and the paperwork from the other mechanic and also stated how I spent all money for them to fix it and there is no way my car should of went out and he told me he know he did my transmission and he will call me with an answer to see if he could fix it but I havent gotten any call back and he is avoiding me. I have been going to him since my car got back running and all he did was push me away and tell me lies he tried to charge me $200 just to change the transmission fluid because he lied and said that was the issue. I have exhausted out all my money and now I have a car thats sitting again because they failed to do my transmission even after acknowledging it and the receipt was faded
