    This company illegally towed a vehicle from our property. We initially signed a contract to tow vehicles without a sticker in their window. This is the third time their company has towed a tenants vehicle displaying their sticker. The company claims the tint makes it hard to view the vehicle. However, if keeping records, their company is aware not to touch this vehicle. Now the company is refusing to give our tenant their vehicle back despite seeing the sticker while the vehicle is in their possession. *** is rude and combative over the phone as well as uncooperative.

    I was yet another victim of this company's predatory practices and now my car has multiple damages! My engine was running with the hazards on and their chronically incompetent employees towed my vehicle carelessly and caused SEVERAL damages! I got a contact number from a nearby security officer, called it, just to have some rude guy answer the phone AND HANG UP ON ME as soon as I asked if he had just towed my vehicle!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCAPTABLE! My car was still running when I finally made it to the tow lot and had burned through approximately 50 MILES of my gas! The large guy behind the counter said I still had to pay the full $218.50 to retrieve my property. I get to my car and discover that my front bumper is not properly fitting and I have several warning lights on my dash that were NOT there prior to them towing it. This company has horrible reviews across EVERY POSSIBLE PLATFORM! I WANT THIS COMPANY TO PAY FOR ALL DAMAGES AND REIMBURSE ME FOR MY GAS!!!

    This place towed my car and treated me like piece of dookie . The man was racist and first tried to deny me access to my car after I paid $218 ffor my car . He didnt give my money back that he charged to my card . My car does not run the same . This rapid recovery place has ruin my car and they stole my catalytic converter off my car . This place is horrible and needs to be shut down cuz they are stealing car pieces off customers cars.

    On February 17, 2023 I was park in front on Tmobile. My truck was park in handicap which I had my placard up. I called told them bring my truck back, and why would you told my truck he said because my placard wasn't up. I said that not true I never take it down. He say he waiting on video. They he seen it, and said you was park where handicap have to go was true they don't have that. I sent them same picture. Then say you was on a curb . I said that not true because I watch how I park and I never mess up my wheel. There wasn't nothing but parking. So I stop the police and police said to me, they do this to people all The time. Until people speak up do something about it. They keep taking innocent people cars. So I started here. Then I will also go to ****************** to complaint on the 02-20-2023. I also called my bank. They was so nasty and rude. Saying all kind of things. But I will also check contact ******** for 21 **** for ******** ****************** So they can also stop this madness. It just not right now

    On 1/20/2023 @ around 4pm my car was towed from the premises of ******************* after me being absent from the vehicle for less than 5 minutes. At the time of tow I physically ran outside and my car was still on the property. After they noticed me they sped off. According to IL tow laws they were not allowed to do so and infringed upon my rights. Cameras outside location and workers/customers at the chipotle can attest to this. Then when I called to get information they hung up. Then when I called after retrieving my car to discuss tow laws they hung up again, indicating they knew they were in the wrong. This business is all for taking advantage of people and deserves to no longer be in business. I read all the reviews on ****** and they have physically injured people as they were trying to obtain their vehicles.

    Another predatory towing company I pay to park in the lot of my building came out today and my car is gone their excuse was I was double parked this is a tactic to have a reason to tow a persons car there are no photos or video of this being the case but your at their mercy *********************************************************************************************** more affluent areas

    I live at ***************************** and we share a driveway with another building 7818-****. My car was parked with our building parking pass up against ****. Rapid Recovery patrols for 7818-**** came and removed my car. Towing my car to their location in *******. I had to pay ****** to get my car back and then the attendant refused to give me my license back and I had to call the police. They are illegally towing cars for profit. I have proof of my residence, pictures of the property and pictures where my car was parked.I called ************** and they admitted this company always do these shady unethnical practices. So why are they still in business. They even documented they took my car from **** and even their picture shows I am at **** side.
