  Towed car and charged despite the person driving it had a handicap placard that was not properly displayed. Showed evidence of placard but all they wanted was to charge. They patrol the parking lot and grab cars within 5 minutes. And dont care if you have a legitimate placard to park at handicap. Very discriminatory.

  My vehicle was taken with my sticker clearly displayed on my car. My axel is broken, my car was backed in straight, the lines are diagonal, the space I was in is too close to the gate to park diagonal. The car wasn't there a whole 30 mins. This is now the 2nd time these people have stolen my car from behind my house at ******. Also the man that answered the phone was very rude, when I called to asked if they had my car he said. "Yeah you was parked bogus as hell" Then proceeded to say if I want my car back to come pay them, then pay an additional fee for them to bring it back. There is no way these people should be allowed to just take cars off of private property that display the sticker that we pay for monthly.

  On 5/08/24 my vehicle was impounded From My apartment parking lot at ********************************************.. because they say it was double part, but I have an agreement with my neighbors that we move over because my parking spot Is smaller than the rest then I contacted my landlord and he said he has no contract with This business so they shouldnt be towing out of our lot, but they refused to give my vehicle back Until we paid the tow..   I pulled up at ********* located at ***************************. I applied my hazard lights and ran inside to pick up my order. Rapid Recovery *** pulled up and grab my car without proper cause within seconds of me exiting my car. I noticed a tow truck leaving so I ran behind the tow truck trying to get information but they sped off erratically, I felt that wasnt normal. There werent any visible signs posted around the area alerting drivers not to park, however there was a non smoking sign posted on the building. There were other vehicles parks along the side of the street where I was parked. Across the street there was a sign with the towing information but nothing that warns drivers about parking on the curb. I called the location and was told I was parked in fire lane but that wasnt true, I took pictures and there arent any signs or warning of parking. After researching the company has many reviews online that display suspicious fraudulent activity. Many customers have the same complaint but nothing has been done to rectify the issue. This seems to be a repetitive behavior for this company and I dont understand why theyve been allowed to commit such fraudulent acts without cause. The situation was very much frustrating and was such an inconvenience and I would like a full refund as well as a apology. I was forced to order a Lyft and had to pay $240 for towing fees. I hope this issue is addressed and resolved very soon.

  February 23rd 2024 this thief of a place towed my car from ************ ********. It was in a parking lot of a restaurant. after I purchased food my vehicle would not start. I walked home with my food I drove back with the gas can to see if it would help and I still had no power to the vehicle this was all before 5:00 p.m. two and a half hours later I came back with a friend and jumper cables and my vehicle was gone. I called the tow company because the restaurant acted like they didn't speak English all of a sudden and the guy at the tow company said I was observed simply parking my car and leaving and that I never patronized the business about any which is an absolute lie. I went to the tow yard that day. I used wire hangers to get into my vehicle passenger side back seat door. I realized that they had already broken into my vehicle. the steering wheel had the seat belt wrapped around it and they left it like that. I asked the guy at the tow company why they broke in my vehicle. he did not offer any explanation, he just said they do that from time to time. Once I got home I realized that three $100 bills that I had folded in my armrest was missing. I immediately went and made a police report at ******* ******** ****************** Now today before sending out my ******** ******************* complaint, I realized that my passenger side view mirror is damaged and was never damaged prior to these thieves breaking into my vehicle and towing it. I will include pictures of the damage and how they left my seat belt tied around my steering wheel. they had no right to break into my vehicle and take anything. I have no idea how they broke my side view mirror. this vehicle is sentimental. it is my mother's vehicle. I only put it in my name in 2016 after she died. I don't even usually drive this vehicle. so for them to damage it is absolutely disrespectful and disgusting to me.

  I believe this tow company is towing cars illegally just to make money. Ive been living in the pangea real estate apartments since August of 2023. My car have been sitting for months without it being towed and my partner on February 13, ************************************************************************************************************************* the lines which he did then drove off. This morning February *********************************************************** contact with someone there, they were very rude telling me the reason was for unregistered sticker so I told him I have other roommates who also have stickers who arent registered because the leasing office never told us he needed to have the sticker registered just to buy a sticker for your car and thats it. The person refused to tell me his name. I ask to speak to a supervisor which he tells me he is the supervisor. I asked to speak to someone above him he then tells me there is no one. I ask if theres an owner he says he is one of the owners. Again asking him could I speak to one of the other owners he tells me no theres no point they are going to tell you the same thing I did maybe if **** wasnt doing bogus things this wouldnt have happened and maybe if someone else are doing what youre doing they will get caught up too. Rapid and recovery is a very unprofessional company. Im having to come out of money to pay for my vehicle back for towing my car for absolutely no reason.

  Rapid Recovery towed my sons car from the same spot where he always parks. No issues with vehicle after getting it fixed in December. My son goes to the sketchy place to retrieve his vehicle, and the guy is extremely rude. I get on the phone and I hear a scripted speech that he must always use. I informed him that my sons vehicle has all kinds of dash lights showing and he says, well you can call back tomorrow and get insurance stuff, but we didnt do anything. You can just take us to court. Really? If you werent at fault then why state that. Not signs or permits for any residents there. This is a gated community.

  My car was illegally towed I parked my car in front of this restaurant to receive my pick up my car was still on and put my hazards lights on it was another car in front of me doing the same thing picking food up I wasnt even in the restaurant for a whole min because my food was already ready for pick up as Im walking out they hooking my car up to the tow truck so when i called and ask why is my car being towed when I had my hazards on and I wasnt sitting for a whole minute the man was rude so I asked where is my car he told me the ************ asked why is my car being taking out of range when I was told in ******* he hung up wen I got there the man was very rude and lied and said all the cars that was right there was towed to when that was a lied and then when my friend that drove me there told him that a lie cause all the cars was still out there wen she pulled up to get me he told me well maybe your car got towed cause it was the easiest to get . So when I told him yall only towed my car because is was easier thats wrong and he told me well this is how we feed our family.. this business is a scam and something needs to b done about they way they conduct business

  I was in a car accident and was taken to the Hospital. This company towed my car and my family and police couldnt find my car until 3 days later after it was reported stolen. This company was contacted and stated they did not have my car until the police investigated more and ended up finding it at their new location. Once the car was found it was in worse condition than when it was in the accident. When confronted they just said to take it but that the damages was unfortunate and had no explanation about not reporting it.

  My car was fraudulently towed. Cars without a permit had to be moved from the lot by 9pm, I came outside at 8:55 pm and my car was already towed. The sign with the tow companys information was not secured and not visible, therefore i could not see the tow companys information.
