    Horrible service to a six year loyal customer. Raised rates by 2x without notifying and said it was just due to the area(same one for last 6 years) . When I told them I found better rates they told me I needed to hand write a letter asking them to remove me from my policy take a picture of that and email it to 3 different addresses which I found weren't real. I knew they were messing with me when they would pick up immediately then put me on hold until my phone hung up. The young ladies answering the phone lied and were nasty. **** after I was an unproblematic customer all those years.
