We purchased a 395 WOW *********** travel trailer from camping world in May 2025, between a check and cash we paid for the travel trailer in fullAfter transporting it to the location for it to be set up approximately 70 miles from where it was purchased one of the closet doors broke a part at the frame where it attaches to itself we also had a vent that was missing along with stove grommets After contacting *****, our sales lady, she told us that we would need to file a warranty claim a warranty claim was filed with Lily, and the door took approximately three months to arriveWe drove approximately an hour and a half one way to pick up the door, which was in a crate, my husband asked if he could look at the door before loading it in the pick up as it was packed inside a crate and they refused to let us do so, so we loaded it in the pick up and brought it to the campground we had asked for the glue and the nails to hold in the mirror and they told us that they would most likely be inside the crate, but they were unsureThe following weekend, we unpacked the crate and found no nails or glue that was needed at that time. We did, however, find out only after removing the solid packing material that the door had a crack on one of the edges similar to the original door that had crack on both edges. When bringing this to Lilys attention, she sent us to the service department via phone to a person named jazz. Jazz informed us that the package had been inspected by her, and there had been no damage visible if she did not completely remove the frame, she wouldve never seen the damage as we did not see it until we removed the solid foam that surrounded the door we never received the glue nor the nails and at this point, they are telling us that they are no longer responsible for the door and if we feel we need to get an attorney, we should do so as they are done with us at this point we have only owned this trailer for five months and nobody is willing to assistBusiness Response

Camping World RV Sales, otherwise known as ****** ** Centers, located at ***********************************************, is using deceptive sales practices by promising fictitious discounts that are not found in the final sales contract, as well as arbitrarily, and unexpectedly, charging for products without providing documentation regarding benefit, use, or warranty. The dealership is not acting in good faith, as they have not addressed any of our concerns. On Labor Day, September 1, 2025, My wife and I went to Camping World RV Sales, otherwise known as ****** ** Centers. Our salesman, ***** *****, told us that if we purchased the travel trailer that day we would get a $9000.00 discount because of the holiday sale. ****, a sales manager, said that they would be unable to discount the price any more, and so we agreed to remove some options to keep the cost as low as possible. On September 5, 2025, while talking with the person typing up our contract, the issue of ************* came up, and he said that we didnt need ************* because we were getting such a big discount. On October 9, we received a call from ********************, who said that he noticed our loan to value was high, and wanted to know why we didnt get *************. We went through the contract line items. The Cash price does not reflect the $9000.00 discount we were promised. In fact, the price on line 1A.1 appears to be an arbitrary number without basis. I looked at advertisements from Camping World and saw that they typically calculate their discounts off MSRP. The **** provided to the dealership from the manufacturer shows $30,864. $30,864 less our $9000 discount would be $21,864, but the Cash Price on line 1A.1 shows $26,349. There is nothing to show how the Cash Price was determined, neither is there anything to show where our $9000 discount was applied. We also did not receive any documentation regarding the Surface Protection Product from line 1E.1 in the amount of $1095.00.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:The whole of the issues of the complaint were not addressed in the response. We acknowledge that we did sign the sales documents, but these documents did not include the discount we were promised. We were not given copies of some of these documents that we signed or other documents that would have allowed us to see there was a problem before we completed the sale. The dealership would not address the issues we had. Based on these documents, I see the dealership did give us a discount, but not the discount we were promised.

I am rejecting this response because:
Camping World still won't acknowledge that the dealership used diseptive and misleading practices during the sales and finance process.Granted, we should have read the paperwork we signed more closely, but that does not take away from the responsibility that Camping World has, to place the promises they make on on that paperwork.
Camping World should, at least, correct the faulty processes that make it easy for a dealership to pull the wool over customer's eyes. Additionally, still owes us the difference between the $9000 we were promised and the discount they arbitrary placed on the document ($6,275.00).

Sold my camper to Camping World on May 26th and was supposed to get money reimbursed from warranty cancellations. Refunds were supposed to be within a six week time frame. From that sixth week period until now I have been calling up there almost on a weekly basis trying to get my full reimbursement, and usually can't reach the contact or I never receive a call back. I have even open two cases with the corporate office. The first one was closed as resolved, so I had another case opened today October 21st. To this date I have received my reimbursement from ******** for the gap insurance, the ************ reimbursement and the majority of the **************** Plan reimbursement. The vendor told me to give them my credit card data to hold a motorhome. He said it would not be charged unless we were closing the deal and that my card would put a hold on the unit.Due to a family health issues (heart attack).. they were called and informed that we were not going to be able to travel to close the deal. This was done via phone call approx 2 days after giving my card data. That same day my wife saw a charge on our credit card that we did not authorize .We called again and I told them to return the money or we will dispute the charge. Note... no document of any sort was ever signed by us as to a contact to buy.I have waited 15days and now they are not answering my text. Last... when they told us they were going to give our money back they said to write a text stating that we would not dispute it if they gave our money back.Business Response

My family and I purchased a new trailer from Camping World of ********** earlier this year. On our very first trip, the trailer began leaking water from the back. I understand this is a manufacturer issue, not a dealer defect, but I expected timely and professional warranty service from Camping World. While on that trip, I called their service department and was told I could drop off the trailer Sunday after our trip since wed be driving through **********. I was assured it would be looked at that Monday or Tuesday. That was 25 days ago, and the trailer still has not even been inspected.Nine days after dropping it off, I received an email stating it should be looked at in the next couple of days. I followed up by phone about a week later and was told that they were busy with end-of-month sales trailers but would get to mine soon. That means new sales are being prioritized over existing customers who already made their purchase.I called again this week and was told it still hasnt been looked at. Ive now been waiting nearly a month without any progress or reliable communication.Because of these delays, we are being forced to cancel a family trip that was planned over a month ago. Both my wife and I had vacation time approved at work, which we can no longer change. Not only have we lost the use of our new trailer for the past month, but weve also lost valuable vacation days we cant get ******* this point, Im simply asking for accountability and reasonable service. I would like the dealership to:Provide a clear inspection and repair timeline.Prioritize existing customer warranty repairs over new ********************** prep.Communicate accurately and proactively with updates.Camping World of Greenville needs to take responsibility for the poor handling of this situation and the lack of basic customer support.Business Response
