      I purchased a camper from Camping World in REMOVED, REMOVEDin March 2025. I am an enrolled REMOVEDtribal member, and I clearly informed staff that the camper was to be registered and tagged through the Osage Nation, as all of my vehicles are registered through my tribe.Despite these clear instructions, Camping World registered and tagged the camper through the State of Oklahoma without my authorization. I did not discover this until I received the Oklahoma license plate and registration paperwork showing charges totaling approximately $650.After receiving the plate and paperwork, I contacted Camping World multiple times to address the error and request reimbursement, but I received no response. While cleaning out our shed, the license plate was disposed of, as I was unaware it would later be required.Camping World did not respond until I threatened legal action. I was then informed that because the State of Oklahoma would not reimburse them, Camping World would not reimburse medespite the fact that the state registration was completed against my explicit instructions.This situation raises serious concerns regarding the disregard of lawful tribal registration and the possibility of discriminatory treatment based on my status as a Native American tribal member, particularly given that my instructions were clear, lawful, and repeatedly stated.Resolution Requested:Full reimbursement of the approximately $650 charged for the unauthorized Oklahoma state registration and tags, and written acknowledgment of the error.

      My 2022 Keystone Cougar 5th Wheel was at Camping World REMOVEDfor nine months (Sept 2024 - June 2025) for multiple service issues, including a furnace problem. During this time, communication was inconsistent, repairs were repeatedly delayed, and we made several trips to pick up the unit only to find new problems or incomplete work. Camping World also caused additional damage, including breaking the bathroom sink handle and later returning the unit with a broken shower faucet that worked prior to service. When we finally picked up the unit in June 2025, Camping World stated all issues were repaired and the furnace "passed testing." After bringing the unit home, we discovered the furnace still did not work, and the shower faucet was inoperable. Camping World refused to send a mobile technician even though they had sent one multiple times in the past for other issues. They also refused to address the damage or reimburse any costs for transporting the unit back. In December 2025, we hired an independent certified RV technician. He found the furnace exhaust 99% blocked by a wasp nest, which clearly had existed for a long time and should have been discovered during Camping World's inspections. The blockage caused furnace failure and posed a significant safety hazard. He also confirmed the shower faucet had been damaged and replaced it. Camping World denied responsibility for these issues, repeatedly claimed they were "new", and closed my case even after escalations to the service manager, general manager, regional management, and corporate. Despite nine months in their possession, they failed to diagnose major issues, returned the unit unsafe, and caused additional damage that I had to repair out of pocket. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and expense, and despite multiple opportunities, Camping World has not taken responsibility for the unresolved issues or damage.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The business response does not resolve my complaint. Camping World had my 5th Wheel for nine months and repeatedly stated repairs were completed, including that the furnace passed testing. This was not true.  After taking the 5th Wheel home, the furnace remained inoperable and a safety hazard existed. An independent certified RV technician found the furnace exhaust was 99% blocked by a long-existing wasp nest, an issue that should have been discovered during Camping World's inspections. I paid $876.25 out of pocket to diagnose and correct issues Camping World failed to repair. Camping World's response does not address reimbursement for these documented costs, nor does it acknowledge the damage caused while the unit was in their care. Requesting that I return the unit for further evaluation after nine month of unsuccessful service is not a reasonable resolution. I am seeking reimbursement for the independent repair costs incurred due to their failure to properly diagnose and repair my 5th Wheel.

      To: Better Business Bureau Subject: Complaint Against Camping World Failure to Deliver Product and Delayed Refund Dear Better Business Bureau,I am submitting this complaint regarding Camping World due to their failure to deliver a product I purchased and their ongoing delays in issuing my refund.On October 12, 2025, I purchased an RV refrigerator through Camping World. At the time of purchase, I was told the item would take 1014 days to ship from the vendor. That time passed, and I never received the product nor any updates.I contacted Camping World multiple times for information about my order. Each time, I was told they were waiting for the vendor and could not provide any shipping updates. Three weeks later, I called again, and they repeated the same response that they would contact the vendor and notify me with updated information.Four days after receiving an email from Camping World saying they would follow up with the vendor, I called once more. At that point, I was informed for the first time that the item I purchased had been discontinued, despite weeks of being told it was still pending REMOVED, instead of receiving the product I paid for, I am being told I must wait for the vendor to process a refund, with no timeline provided. My money has been held for weeks without delivery of the item and without clear communication.I am requesting BBB assistance to ensure that Camping World:1.Issues my full refund immediately, without further delay.2.Improves their communication and transparency regarding discontinued items and vendor issues.3.Addresses the unacceptable customer service and failure to follow through on their stated shipping timeframe.Thank you for your attention to this matter.       I am filing a complaint regarding the purchase and delivery of a defective and uninhabitable REMOVEDfrom Camping World Concord.On Oct 24, 2025, I purchased a new 2026 REMOVEDHemisphere 380WD. At delivery, the REMOVEDwas dirty, unprepared, and missing the promised startup kit. I was pressured into signing documents quickly and was told the forms were not for me, which felt deceptive.Because the REMOVEDwas delivered dirty, I stored it until I could clean it. When preparing to use it for the first time, I discovered a significant ladybug infestation entering from gaps in the slide floor area and entry door. These issues existed before any use. The REMOVEDhas never been used even once.Further inspection revealed structural sealing defects, loose or failed seals, and gaps that should have been caught during a proper PDI. This indicates the REMOVEDwas not performed or was done improperly.I requested a full contract rescission and refund due to delivery defects, misrepresentation, and the fact that the REMOVEDhas been unusable since day one. Camping World refused, stating REMOVEDs are not returnable, even though this situation involves delivery of a defective, uninhabitable product.The dealership insists only on repair attempts, which are not appropriate given the nature of the defects and the fact that the unit was never usable.I am requesting BBB assistance in securing:1.Full contract rescission 2.A complete refund of all payments 3.Dealer-arranged removal of the defective REMOVEDThis involves misrepresentation, failure to inspect, delivery of a defective unit, and deceptive sales practices.

      Purchased REMOVEDmotor coach 2024 on April 2025, since purchased unit it has been in and out of shop several times for different issues. Refrigerator front door panel needs replaced, and it also leaked water on unit floor and cabinets. Shop states warranty was denied because it set for two years prior to sales even thought we purchased it as a new unit. Tech states reason for water leak was possible frost build up, which is in correct. I believe unit refrigerator is damage. Unit will not start and we are being told to take to a REMOVEDdealer for a new battery. Plus camping world in REMOVED, REMOVEDis wanting us to pay $256.82 before we can ge4t unit when in realtly we should get paid for having to deal with unit, while making monthly payments on something we can't enjoy. From day one of issues we have requested a replacement.

      Two Issues - First issue, we purchased our fifth wheel from the REMOVED/REMOVEDlocation in August of 2023, we paid for the paint protection package, which comes with a product that the put on to protect the paint and the inside of the camper. When we traded in that fifth wheel this year (September, 2025), we were told by the dealership that the product was not applied - I have reached out to the Camping World dealership for proof that this product was applied, and they have failed to return my calls and/or emails. Second issue - we are attempting to cancel our GoodSam warranty, as the camper has now been sold. It took over 2 months to reach someone at the dealership that sold us the warranty - they told us to email proof that it was sold and they would get a check cut immediately and sent to us. It has been two weeks since that has been sent and we have yet to hear anything.

      I bought a new camper from camping world on 10/2/2025 for 65k. They where supposed to clean the camper and make a few repairs before pick up. They didnt do anything so I took it and drove it a hour and a half to a camp ground and back so they could make the repairs since they didnt the first time. I left it a week and called 3 times to make sure I was clean about what needed to be done and that is was done before picking up. I got there and nothing was done. I got the service manager and we went over everything and he promised to make it all right. That was 6 weeks ago and i have heard nothing

      Bought a camper at the Hershey rv show. First they wrote up the wrong model number. When I brought it to their attention they made me go to a dealership nowhere near where I live and nowhere near where it was supposed to be delivered. Had me redo paperwork I had already done. Never had any walk through or demonstration or anything. They sent a delivery driver to drop it off who never even completed the delivery process, had to get someone from our campground to put the trailer where it was supposed to go. Then they left without even taking the keys for the trade. I called and was told theyd get back to me which they never did. Almost a month later I texted the sales managers several times and was never given a response. After never getting any financing paperwork I called again only to be told that they did the paperwork wrong again! And that they needed to mail me paperwork to complete. As annoying as it was I did admittedly it took me a few days to get the paperwork back in the mail but I have other things to do as well let alone redoing paperwork Id already done 2 times prior. I then got a message saying if I didnt return the paperwork immediately the would have to take actions that would adversely affect my credit. I had already dropped the paperwork and returned the call to tell them including expressing my displeasure with their threat to damage my credit. Left a message after that requesting a call from a manager which was never answered. Finally just learned that every time they screwed up they reran my credit each time which ADVERSELY AFFECTED MY CREDIT!!! Absolutely worst experience you can imagine.

      We have been trying to get in touch with a finance department at the camping world in REMOVEDfor the last four months sending numerous emails and phone calls and have yet to hear back from them. Im trying to cancel our service contract and the only way you can do. It is by going through that office and we have done everything we are supposed to do and yet we still have an active service contract as of today todays date.

      I Purchased a new REMOVED(Keystone REMOVED17BX) from Camping World on, or about September 15, 2025. I have used my REMOVED3 times and after each use minor issues occurred. The first time the shower base separated from the wall (needs to be re-caulked). After the second use the floor (linoleum) began bubbling up. After the third use the awning would not properly retract. I returned my REMOVEDto Camping World for repairs on October 25th, upon arrival to Camping World the door would not open. My REMOVEDhas been there for exactly 1 month, and according to their service tracker the only repair completed is the door. I have called and left messages 6 times requesting repair updates but have not had anyone return my REMOVEDcomplaint is the poor quality of the REMOVEDand the poor customer service.
