    The communication is terrible and they are lazy when it comes to completing repairs for the condominiums. There has been a light pole out in the parking lot for quite some time. We very often get random people pulling into the lot in the visitor section smoking, just sitting there doing lord knows what for hours. One of my guests car was even rummaged through which means someone is out there checking door handles. The light pole being out makes it a perfect dark area for thieves and people looking to do wrong! I called ComEd myself and was informed that the head on the light pole is not ComEds supplies and they will not be able to get it off to change the bulb because its not theirs. That means its RY Properties responsibility to find a contractor to fix it. But they havent. Its absolutely ridiculous. Their A+ rating from the BBB is a joke too. I heard them mention that its only two of them working in the office and they often get flooded with service requests. Im an empathetic person and I try to stay very upbeat and encouraging and nice. But at some point, theres no excuse for RY not answering the phone, not returning voicemails, not responding to emails, and not completing the tasks that belong to them. Its absolutely ridiculous. They try to have so many rules as to what we can and cant do, but are lazy in following up to help you abide by those rules. We have been asked not to set large items like furniture or TVs out by the dumpsters. I have a TV that I have been trying to dispose of for a whole week now, going on two. I have called, left voicemails, and emailed, and got nothing. I got one email being asked how big the TV was and nothing after that. At this point theyd be better off getting new management thats more helpful.
