"Extremely awful time here, drove almost an hour because I was told over the phone and on text I was approved for a certain loan and a certain car, upon arriving I was told I needed to recomplete the entire process, I was then shown a random car nothing like what I was told over the phone or wanted, and they tried to sell me the car multiple times.
