    Once I stopped advertising with the company the sales representative has been harassing me with phone calls and threats. Has also proceeded to leave one star review online. The money that was spent for advertising has never been used for that purpose.

    This business uses sales tactics where they get you to agree to a certain amount of advertising and then afterwards they say their manager is going to get you on the phone to thank you personally while youre talking to him what he is actually talking about has nothing to do with what you just paid for he is ******* and you to get you to agree on the phone to pay them even more money not for the advertisement you agreed to. The end result is these people are nothing but a bunch of scammers and then they turn around and send you a bill that has nothing to do with what they already charged you for that you were agreeing to when the so-called manager gets on the phone.

    Blueprint broadcasting has been asked not to contact us. They continue to contact us. Years back we used Blueprint for radio adds. They never ran the adds. We do not want to do any business with Blueprint broadcasting.

    A person reached out to us via phone from this company and said they wanted to do radio ads for our company and that it would have something to do with supporting veterans and he said it was particular radio stations in *********** and we contacted the radio stations and they said that he is a fraud and this is not the first time this has happened and hes a con artist. He the person is now emailing us over and over again, telling us we owe him money. I told him he needs to leave us alone or I will get my attorney involved and also contact the local media to do a story on him.

    We do have a relationship with KTKX and our contact there is **** ************. The clients message was never sent to **** because we cancelled the order when she filed this false complaint.

    I got a call from this place about a month ago from a local number acting as a radio host for a (local to me radio station) ***** **** ICON for Troop Salute. Gave me a pitch of an AD and said that if I wanted to participate they would send everything to me in mail and I would approve message beforehand and I could change or confirm anything with the team stated on that form. He said it would air on ***** specifically as well as a streaming station simultaneously. Was told play times would be clear because they wanted me to be able to hear my message. Then he said that no billing was due til after Ad was done airing. So I agreed based on what they told me. Sounded pretty good right, well then the paper didn't even show up until 2 days before dates with wrong NAME and no sample of AD. I tried to listen to radio station and heard NOTHING about Troop Salute at all. Then got called early into dates saying if I pay now I can get extra air time. NO WAY. They called again halfway through saying bill was now due. I said I still hadnt heard the Ad yet so he gave me the so called streaming website it was on (not a local station just some random website where you make a radio station and stream it). Started to seem sketchy the way the always tried to upsell. Boss is always coincidentally right near him to hop on the phone. But either way the called again and I finally caved and paid despite not hearing an Ad or having any proof it actually played locally. Then I googled them and found all the bad press (wish I wouldve done that first). I immediately called credit card and shut the card down. They then tried to call me again 2x. I ignored and was trying to decide how I want to handle this cause I see all these people saying they got hounded by these people for months. So I am just coming here early. Why would I pay money for some random radio website (that's not what they pitched at all!) I feel this is false advertising of their intentions. And now they just want their $$$

    I was contacted on 1/6/25 and told they would put my business on the air in February for 14 days for $399 if I pay half up front and after the ad aired I would be charged the other $199 well I today is the first time I heard the the ad (but not on the air) and they charged me $598 on the 1/23/25 and 1/25/25 I never authorized this the first as hasn't even played on the radio this isn't right.

    I signed up to do an advertisement back at the end of September. I have been getting charged $59.99 since then and I have not heard any of my advertisements. I have called the number listed several times and sent multiple emails. I dont know at this point what to do cause I keep being charged. I want to cancel.**********************************************

    Paid for a whole month of 60 second ads for "supporting troops and veterans" and a second month of "back to school". 1 commercial got played when it was supposed to be 1 a day. My spot was a very generic 15 second spot instead. They charged our card a month and a half earlier then what they told us. The 2 stations we were told aren't owned by the same people. The time slots we were told were not the ones used by the station. They call me to sell more spots and they try the same pitch for exactly what I've already paid for, they argue we didn't do those and they will check into it and call me back. Well they won't call back, and when I call them they over talk me and double talk and hurry to get off the phone. I want my $698 returned.

    While working a few weeks ago I received a call from Blueprint broadcasting claiming to be working with a local radio station running a salute the troops benefit. If I agreed to pay $499.00 I would receive 2 weeks of radio advertising. Wanting to support our troops I agreed and gave them my debit card number.I Looked them up on the bbb and it was confirmed to be a scam. I never received anything from Blueprint broadcasting and I want my $499 returned immediately.

    The person you spoke to at WAQX is not our representative and may have not been aware of the new relationship. We will provide the name of our representative at your request.

    This company called our business claiming they donated money towards our armed forces for buying air time with them. This is something near and dear to us having many family members involved with the service and wanted to look into where the money goes. It goes NO WHERE but to them. Having not agreed to anything, we were surprised to be invoiced which was received yesterday. Upon calling the listed number I immediately requested cancellation as this is not something we agreed to do. The air dates were scheduled for a few weeks out. Being that nothing had aired and that we didnt agree to what they were selling AND THEY DO NOT GIVE TO ANY ARMED FORCE CHARITY, we wanted no part. I was redirected to a very skilled slick talker that kindly repeated we cant cancel; its already in production; weve already paid for those slots so what do we do with our money loss. Never denied that they in fact do not give to the charity they by the looks of other reviews changes with each call. The scheme here is they buy a block of time or they own a small channel that they sell ads to fill to get paid by the bigger station. Sell by any means necessary. Shame on you to exploit the freedom you have. To put out there that you would do something youre not for the men and woman who devote and literally give their lives to ensure. Its beyond disgusting. Thats not the American business Id ever do business with!

    On May 8, 2024 ******************* agreed to do a public service announcement urging people to send military care packages. He was never told that Blueprint Broadcasting donates to the military.  On May 15th he was contacted by customer service where he again agreed to said PSA. We are sorry that he was confused.  We are willing to cancel the invoice and not do business with ML Construction in the future.
