      Hello,On 11/20/2022, I purchased a PowerSmart Battery Lawn Mower 21 ***h 3-in-1 with 80V 6.0Ah Lithium-ion Battery and Charger from Amerisun, *** via the Amazon.com website. The purchase price was $394.31. The lawn mower was delivered on 11/28/2022. On 12/9/2022, I assembled the lawn mower, fully-charged the battery, and attempted to power it on per the manufacturer instructions. However, the blade did not spin. After several unsuccessful attempts, I called the Amerisun, *** customer service phone number during normal business hours and patiently waited for 30 minutes but nobody answered. There is no way to leave a voicemail message either. At that point, I decided to initiate a return request on the Amazon website. The return request was approved and on 12/13/22, I shipped the lawn mower using the approved *** shipping return label. The return address is: *************************************************************. *** tracking indicates that the product was delivered on 12/15/22 at their loading dock and signed by ****. According to Amazon, I should have received a full refund by 12/20/22. I contacted my credit card company and they indicated that there were no pending credits to my account. Again on 12/22/22, I made several attempts to contact Amerisun, ***. customer service to inquire about my refund status. However, I patiently waited each time for 30 minutes but nobody answers the phone. To escalate this concern, I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and seeking a full refund since the faulty product has been returned.

      Spent $980 on a 26" 2 stage snowblower from Powersmart USA owned by amerisun. Unit came and was delivered free floating in the box. Plastic k**** smashed, this thing took a lot of hits. Broken plastic imbedded into side of cardboard box. Wasted 1 hour on phone trying to contact customer support. Left message never heard back. Sent email to support never got a response. Close to grand theft at $980 dollars. Unit ran for 20feet. Stalled, and frozen solid. Unable to pull manual pull start or electric start. Something wrong here right out of the box.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have not gotten my refund. Powersmart customer service agent informed me on the phone that the process take 4-5 days. It's been 7 days. Powersmart is who I bought the snowblower online from. I have an employee of Amerisuninc (*******************) holding up my refund and I'm not getting anywhere with them. I have provided them with a copy of the purchase, the refund emails, Model and Serial number and have not gotten a call back or response from them since I provided requested information.

      Spoke with my Bank and let them know what happened. They confirmed that the refund was credited to my account on 12/23 so we are all set. No need for additional action. Will go and get a snowblower locally.

      I purchased a Powersmart Snowblower (model PSS2260BS) on July 17th, 2022 from ********** (order WB18652273). It came damaged and it was returned on July 25th, 2022. A new one of the exact same model was ordered on July 26th, 2022 (order W892555938). That also came damaged with bent up housing, but I was given a discount on the machine and I ultimately keep it as it was too much of a hassle to return. I put it together according to instructions and it fired up. I kept it in the garage until our first major snow storm last week and went to start it according to instructions and after a few pulls it locked/seized up. I attempted to electric start but that did t work either. I called the manufacturer and was on hold over an hour and was forced to leave a voicemail. It has been a week and I have heard nothing. I sent messages via customer support and called multiple times since then and have not reached anyone. When I bought the machine I attempted to register it for warranty and it didnt seem to go through. I have tried multiple times recently with the same outcome. ********** said they cant do anything because it is past 30 days. I am stuck with a big paperweight and customer service is severely lacking. Im currently trying to get my local ********** to swap me out or give me my money back as this has been a terrible experience.

I know that I need an Oil Dipstick and the parts to rebuild the carburetor. He determined this from a conversation with the Repair Technician that I had used for my first repair (*******, www.fixmylawnmower.com, ************). ******* had fixed my lawnmower after about two or three mows. The previous **************** Rep. determined that there were no authorized repair service in my area and spoke to ******* to learn more about the problems that are occurring. This should all be documented in the file that he left for this case.I got one more mow out of the lawnmower and the problems started up again. I have not been able to mow the lawn since. That is a total of four or five mows since April 2022. In the meantime, I have had to pay a professional mower service to take care of my lawn.       I purchased a snowblower online 12/4/22 confirmation# ****HGEU0. I thought it odd I did not get an email confirmation from the company. I have been trying to call their ************ and ************ all morning and just sit on hold for hours, no one answers. I emailed support this morning but no reply. Since I made the last night I want to cancel the purchase since item probably not even sent to me yet. I don't know if this is a legitimate company, at the very least, if I have a problem in the future with the snowblower I cannot trust that I will be able to reach anyone for help. I called my credit card, the charge to my account is still Pending, they said it needs to post before I can dispute it.

      I have contacted the company several times by e mail. They intern ask me for information on my mower and I provided all that they ask. Have tried calling but no one answers. They also said they would replace the part at no cost and free shipping

      I purchased a ********** electric wood chipper which is manufactured by Amerisun, **** on 9/8/2021. This product included a 2 year warranty. I paid $199.00 for this unit. Last week the chipper stopped working. I called the support line on Monday 10/31 3 times and the call went directly to voicemail. I waited 18 minutes on the first call, 24 minutes the second time, and 28 minutes the last time. While on the 3rd call I simultaneously went to their website and started a chat. That chat never was answered but it said I would receive an email. The next day (11/1) I again called the support line and remained on hold for 30 minutes. I also sent an email asking for help with filing a warranty claim. Again, there was no response to either of these requests. Because I was doing my yard cleanup and needed a working chipper I went to the store and purchased a replacement. All I wanted the company to provide was a replacement unit or a repair as per the warranty.

      I purchase a Powersmart snowblower on line. The snowblower came damaged. I have tried calling the customer service for 3 day and no one answer, I have sent several E- mails with no response. They have a chat line with no response. I want the damaged snow blow picked up and a new one delivered.
