    Starscope is a piece of junk!!!!!! I tried calling their number and ***** answered 27 minutes! Finally was answered by someone by the name of *** ***** From the ************Really? Not a real name so Im returning it and now they say once it gets to their warehouse, theyll give me my refund which is five dollars less than what I paid for it and of course I have to pay for shipping back to these guys. Well see if they do refund my money Highly doubtful as they will probably say they never got it.

    Run run run far away. Was reading an article on my phone and think tech had a pop up ad that my kids saw for a toy,since his birthday was coming up...I ordered 3 so his brother could have one too. $157.00 for 3 hajimari ***** plus S/H and warrantee. Received 3 mono scopes...no invoice, no return policy, no phone numbers...These are crooks!!

    They suck! Impossible to return any products ordered from them! Do not order the Starscope!! It's not what you expect!

    If I could leave a NEGATIVE 5 stars I would. We ordered 3 WIFI extenders from them and they DID arrive. BUT, they didn't work. We requested an RMA to return for refund within the 30 days. No reply. We looked them up and CALLED. The person at the end of the phone says...Not **. The return mailing label says Think Tech Sales LTD, ******************************************************************** and yet not even their invoice or order confirmation has ANY address or contact info whatsoever. Advice: only buy from KNOWN sources. ************** Amazon, Best Buy. And even Amazon...check the seller's location that it is not in *****. Buyer beware!!

    This is CRAZY! Looked at the product and they charged Paypal account over $300. The company states they have no record of ever selling anything to us YET they sure charged my Paypal Account! Filed a grievance with Paypal and they are standing behind the company. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, DON'T EVEN LOOK AND GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!
