    Purchased a Starscope Monocular Telescope. The add on ******** showed that it was SO good you could see the craters on the moon. YOU CANNOT!!!!! They screwed my 82 year old dad out of $63.00. Now you can't find the add anywhere!!! The company that sold it to him is Think Tech Sales LTD with address ********************************************** which you can't find this company with that address. Someone needs to do something about these people taking advantage with ads.

    I had a charge on my credit card from this company. I reported to my credit card and something I never ordered showed up in the mail. No idea how they got my credit card and there is no way to return this item.

    My credit card had fraudulent charges on it and one of the charges was from Think Tech Sales. My credit card company put the charge into dispute. Today I received a package from Think Tech Sales which I did not order. I dont know how anyone got ahold of both my credit card number and home address, nor why a fraudster would have a fraudulent purchase sent to my house, but now that I see other complaints with BBB I thought you would like to know its involved in yet another dispute.

    I purchased a ride on lawn mower, it was delivered to my house in a broken crate along with being placed half on a small pallet. The wood of the crate was broken in multiple places, one on top of the motor cover...which cracked it along with the control box, on the right side of the orerator, to be damaged from the broken wood on the crate. I called the tractor ************** headquarters and spoke to their rep. I took pictures of the crate along with pictures of the damage caused by the broken wood. I wrote to the rep three times along with sending numerous pictures showing the broken crate along with the damage it caused to the mower. I wrote back to her a few times, she never responded. I have a case number from the rep for Cub Cadet for the case. I called Tractor Supply Coompany headquarters, spoke with their rep and was told to call back Cub Cadet.I called Trac

    Order a scale and it was taking too long to arrive. I tried to cancel the order. No could do. No working phone numbers. Tried many. Emailed every day for weeks. No response. Tried to return item. No paperwork in box. One phone connected to a machine. Left messages.
