Scammers!! Shoes are cheaply made. If you try them on, they won't refund your money! Soles are plastic and insoles come out of shoe when you try to take your foot out They added another pair to my order and then wouldn't cancel the order. They should be investigated and shut down!Initial Complaint

I have an ankle injury and I work on my feet. I saw these shoes on their site that fit what I wanted. I ordered a Womans 10. I got a Mens 10. ** size 43. Way too big. They are saying a 43 is a Womans 10. They are saying I ordered the wrong size. I have ordered ** Size before. It has never been a 43. The other problem is the shoes are slippers. They provide no support. They are flimsy. I tried to return but the return charge is $52. I now have shoes that do not fit! I am out $89.Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 pairs of these hiking shoes. ***. They arrived i opened the box and as soon as I picked them up I knew they were not well built at all and I didnt even put them on. This company is fraudulent! I ordered a pair of shoes from them that were too small, I only tried them on and immediately felt that were too small and uncomfortable. I reached out to their customer service and after a few days they responded and asked me to take pictures which I did, they responded saying that they didnt send me the wrong size shoe and that the photos showed that the right shoes were sent; I responded that I never said they sent the wrong size, simply that they didnt fit.. he offered me a coupon or a small percentage of my total purchase amount if I kept the shoes I refused he then accused me of wearing the shoes even though I told him that I only tried them on I didnt pay a shipping fee to get them and now they want me to pay three times the amount of the shoes for a shipping fee with no guarantee that I will get my refundInitial Complaint

I purchased a pair of Ortho fit shoes based on the website sizing chart. The shoes are too big and are very painful to wear. contacted their customer service and they offered to discount the shoes and give me a $10 credit to my next purchase. I went to purchase correct size of shoes and was told that the credit could only be used on full Value shoes. Nothing on sale. This is $10 and they will not allow me to use it to the shoes I would like to replace. find this business practice terrible and no recourse is left to me. If I wouldve known there was conditions on this offer. I wouldve just returnedthe shoes, but at this point I have no course of action to pursue I would not buy shoes that are on sale at full price andpay more than the sale price. its a very small amount, but its the principle of this transaction or lack of transaction and trying to use the credit that all the sudden now contingencies with ***** this point, I feel justified in asking for a replacement order in the right size or a refund of the purchase price due to allthe hurdles that have been thrown at me trying to replace these shoesInitial Complaint

I purchased some shoes and arch supports on August 18, 2025. Order ORTH114186. The delivery was made to my residence on August 29, 2025, but the gate was left open. The package was stolen off my porch a few hours after delivery. I contacted the seller and delivery company multiple times. They both kept telling me to call the other. I am also making a complaint regarding the delivery company. I made a police report at the request of the delivery company but they still didn't allow me to file a claim and told me to contact the seller. The seller told me to contact the delivery company. In the end, I don't have my package AND I havent been able to file a complaint. The delivery company is ************. The tracking GF6515525344000. Please see the repeated emails below.
