5 starsSupreme ********************* of service provided - from the multiple service calls made to the house over many months in an effort to repair the appliance before the eventual purchasing the replacement (microwave), to the delivery and installation of the new appliance. Excellent communication re-delivery time. For these reasons, Abt continues to be our go-to place for replacing appliances.

1 starHad the most unprofessional encounter with the manager **** *****. I called ABT yesterday to inform him that my parents were charged a certain amount for the TV that is a different price online. Then I proceeded to explain to him that the delivery driver told my parents that they would offer $30 cash to put up the sound bar I was explaining this to **** and he was telling me that I need to call my parents in front of him to ask them which driver it was That said that. As I'm talking to my parents, they are mortified because **** is screaming which one was it which one was it? My parents are terrified now that this man will lose his job and that the delivery driver will retaliate against them, which is what I explained to ****. He was so aggressive and rude on the phone to me. I could not believe that I was speaking to a manager. I have never encountered such disrespect and rudeness from ABT. We spend a lot of money at your business. For him to do that to me and my parents. Then proceeds to tell me that maybe its my parents language barrier that they misunderstood the delivery driver. I cant believe that that was even a conversation that I had with someone in management at ***. I am disgusted with his response and with his actions and behaviors as a manager for such an established place I cant believe he still has a job trying to argue with me that he's an investigator with the company and blah blah blah. I don't care you don't treat people like that and you don't call my parents foreign and that they Probably misunderstood because of their language barrier. I will make sure that I let everyone know not to shop at your establishment anymore and I will be writing another review somewhere else as well. This is unacceptable and you just lost loyal customers. The way he spoke to me shows me that I wasn't the first ****** he's ever done this to this needs to be stopped and his actions. I hope you go back and listen to the recording because it was disgusting.Abt Electronics & Appliances

1 starThe ******** WORST company to deal with! Skip at ALL cost! I've purchased a GE dishwasher from them only 7 months ago and after 3.5 months of use, its leaking! More than that, yesterday the dishwasher door started to drop open without control or resistance! The door opened on my dogs back resulting in INJURY! (thankfully, it wasn't my toddler in there!)The worst part of all, instead of taking accountability for a (clearly) defective unit- they've tossed me into the manicures hands, RUDELY saying that they have a store to run and cant talk to me And this is with me being under THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY! Guys, avoid at ALL cost! They will not stand behind their products, unless you live in ******* BUT they will still sell you even if you're living in **!to make things short, AVOID this 100% rude and unprofessional company, for your own sake!Abt Electronics & Appliances

We're sorry **** is upset, but we want to clarify some of the statements made here. The unit was bought in August 2024 and has a one-year manufacturer's warranty. They did not reach out until now to say there is an issue. After delivery, we ask that you work with the manufacturer for service due to the unit being delivered outside of our local service area. Typically when a unit is leaking, it is caused by an installation error. While we dont manufacture the goods we sell, we certainly stand behind them, and the manufacturer requires that units have a service call before exchanging products. The customer spoke to one of our General Managers who informed the customer that they were talking in circles and it was not resolving the issue. We have reached out to our ** *** about the situation and will follow up with the customer.Review fromChristina R

5 stars*** went above and beyond in helping me complete an order. There was a discrepancy between the spec sheet measurements and product images measurements. She went out of her way to verify the actual measurement of the item to confirm which was correct. As if this wasn't already outstanding customer service, she offered the item for the sale price that had just recently expired. This is now a go to online business for me and if we lived closer, it would be our local store over anything a big box store can offer.Abt Electronics & Appliances

1 starWe purchased a very expensive Fridge and Freezer column combination. Over ****** dollars. The freezer has been inoperable since installed. Soon after install the ice maker hasn't worked. The alarm on the freezer has been on and blinking constantly since owning it. The retailer we purchased from (Abt appliances) has been out to repair the freezer 6 times to no avail. Hestan (the Mfr) has sent numerous parts including the ********** (2x) to be swapped out and still the freezer cant freeze simple ice cream and cannot produce ice. We have constantly contacted Hestan and Abt about the issues and they cannot fix it. We want a refund and removal of both appliances because they are a set. If we don't have the freezer we have a huge hole in our kitchen.. we are demanding a refund and we aren't getting anywhere. To us this is a major problem. Our home market demands high end appliances or it will devalue your home.. which has us concerned about resale. Due to us being forced to have an inoperable freezer. We expect action and a remedy and have none to date.. only constant attempts to repair. This has been going on for over a year now. Were baffled this has gone on this long and Abt will not remedy this properly. 20k is a lot of money! And we still have a freezer unable to freeze simple ice cream or produce ice.Abt Electronics & Appliances

1 starMy mother, 90, bought a $660 ********** at ***. It stopped working after only two years. Now they want to sell her a new TV at a higher price. I know why *** makes so much money. They sell defective products that can't be repaired, only replaced. And they take advantage of little old ladies.Abt Electronics & Appliances

5 starsI'm incredibly impressed by this company's customer service. I bought a built-in microwave and trim kit from them because they had the best prices. My contractor completely messed up and I couldn't fit my appliance in, but I didn't know that until I was past the return window. They worked with me to still give me a 75% refund, and **** was so helpful, understanding, and had great follow up. I will absolutely buy from them again.Abt Electronics & Appliances
