  Very disappointed with the quality of the work. Had work done in July of this year. The topcoat has dull spots all over and the surface is rough to the point it can cut your skin. had then come out to assess the floor and they put a second topcoat on it. They used barely enough material to cover, and it is still just as rough as it was to start. Tried to clean up a spill and it feels like Velcro. Now waiting to hear if they will fix it. So far, they have not been responsive.

  Our over eager sales person pushed the "lifetime warranty" & said the warranty is transferable to a buyer if we sell the house. We had the garage floor done in 2021 for almost $2,500.00 for a small two car garage When we found a crack, we called & a somewhat snarky person said cracking isn't covered under the warranty because TSR has no control over settling. Our home was 44 years old when the floor was done & settling happened years ago. Cracking is the most likely thing to happen with floor work but they only cover discoloration from light, peeling & chipping & will charge $250.00 to repair a crack. So, if you find 4 more cracks during the course of say 24 months, they'll charge $250.00 for each time they fix one! When asked what would happen if I just leave it, I got an email saying that it would just get worse. My original review was 5 stars because they were there on time & the finished product looked great but my edit is now 1 star for customer service with bad attitude and poor product quality. Advise.... shop around, read the contract instead of believing the sales person & ask questions if you're not sure what something means.

  Very undependable. Ordered flooring and paid deposit in June of ************************************************************************************************************************************************** Oct was told they I had to wait until they opened in spring as they were closing for winter and we would be first in the spring. In spring they forgot about us and finally scheduled us in July. On day they were to show up they called and said crew did not show but would have correct color to install two days later. 8:04 on day they were to show up again they called and said they did not have chip color . After waiting 14 months with paid deposit and taking several days of work off I told them to just send back deposit as I can not deal with such an irresponsible company. Would never recommend them to anyone!

  Do not Trust this company, I had them do my back porch and pool in May 2022. I had blisters in the coating and in October 2022, I went through the website Service Request Process and the final result from TSR Concrete Coatings who is the ************************ Coordinator. I was informed that their ******* office was closed and the Lifetime Warranty is no longer valid. ********************************* was incharge of this location as well as their ****** Location. To make matterrs worse I paid more than twice the price for their product then I should have (my error, not there's). Worst experience ever!****************

  They missed some spots and the floor coating has pealed up and looks terrible and only gets worse each month. They say lifetime warranty but they won't return my emails and requests I just want to be reimbursed for the repair I'll use another company this place is not customer friendly. They even went as far as leaving me negative reviews on my business because I called then out on their shady business dealings. And after calling them out they rescinded there negative comment. Worse HR staff to deal with I hope someone knows just because there cheaper than a reputable company dosent mean their work is worth it. You get what you pay for with this company. Lifetime warranty is fraud. They do not honor it.

  Our consultant arrived on time with a thorough explanation of the job which would be required. ******** scheduled the work to be done as soon as there was a work opening. Our garage floor is 50 years old and certainly needed a facelift. The crew (3 nice gentlemen) arrived promptly at 7:30 a.m. and completed the job by 3:30 p.m. The floor required pitting repair, several hairline crack repairs, peeling paint and was in poor condition. After completion, the crew did a great job with cleanup, they were most pleasant and worked hard. We are quite pleased with the end results and are hopeful that it will outlast the warranty that accompanies the work. It looks 100% cleaner, brighter, and new!

  I've used TSR twice for our veterinary hospital. They are professional and efficient. Any issues are immediately corrected! And, they make concrete pretty.

  My appointment was canceled without notice. The installers did not show up and did not inform those who scheduled the work. When I asked the latter if my appointment was canceled, they said, "No." However, the installers said they were behind schedule and would not make it (over an hour after they were scheduled to arrive). They claimed to have called and texted my number, but no record exists of such an effort. I made the time and prepared my garage to be coated, and now that time is lost and I have to move everything back into the garage because it will be raining soon. I do not recommend Next Level because they did not honor scheduled work, they did not communicate with me, and they did not communicate within departments. Eventually, I was "assured" via voicemail that the scheduled job was canceled and that I was being sent a receipt. After more follow-up calls to four different people over four days, no receipt has yet been provided. As a business owner myself, I am stunned that this behavior is so widespread. Go with a provider that knows how to treat its customers.

  I had Next Level out of ***** do my concrete coating a year ago for $5,000.00. They state a Lifetime Warranty. Their corporate office is in **********.I tried contacting the ***** office and found out theyre no longer doing business in *******. I then contacted their corporate office in ****** and was told that my Lifetime Warranty is no good since they no longer do business in *******. They seemed very reluctant to my issue.So if anyone uses their service and that office closes your Lifetime Warranty is as good as dirt.
