  Next Level Concrete Coatings lives up to its unconditional commitment to quality in both customer service and flooring installations. Several years following the installation of my new garage floor, I recently contacted the company to report some problems. I received immediate assistance, experienced no hassles, and was scheduled for an appointment. From speaking with Customer Representative ******** ******* to meeting Jaytok in charge of what he recommended as a new installation, my experience with the warranty process not only met my expectations but surpassed them. Jaytok and his assistant took time and pains to make the finished garage floor look absolutely spectacular, the envy of my townhouse neighbors! Don't hesitate another moment if you need a new garage floor or other kind of concrete flooring.   Just had my garage done today! It came out fantastic! Couldnt be happier with the results. The workers came on time and took care of business. I cant believe how nice it looks. From start to finish everything fell into place. Would recommend Next Level Concrete Coatings to anyone wanting this type of work done.

  The salesman was very knowledgeable and not pushy. He arrived promptly for the appointment. The write up the contract was very clear and detailed.Workers were polite and explained everything in detail. Although they showed up an hour ahead of time, it was not a problem since it turned out to be a very hot and humid day that the two workers were able to complete the 3 bay garage within one long day. They cleaned up everything afterwards. I'm very pleased with the results and would recommend Next Level as an excellent company to do business with.

  A few hiccups with the work being delayed, the floors were not completely flat with a few dips but 1000% better than what I started with. Overall happy with my floors.

  This company should be called LOW LEVEL Concrete instead of what they call their selves now. This was one of the worst businesses experience I have ever had. This company did almost irreparable damage to my pool deck. Please do not use the ********** branch in *************. The guys who came out had no clue what they were doing. They started by grinding my concrete w/ a large handheld concrete grinder. They sheared off anchor bolts which hold the pool cover to the deck. They grinded over the skimmer cover and pool copping in places, this left gouges and swirl marks. All of the intricate work around the anchor bolts and copping should have been done w/ a small hand grinder. They then proceeded to put down the first coat of sealer which had a brown tint to it. They slopped this down and got it on the white copping. They then put the flake down which they missed some little spots. They then slopped the final sealer coat. They completely screwed this up. The covered anchor bolts and sealed them so they cannot be unscrewed. They missed spots on the deck and put it down so thick in other places. They completely filled expansion joints in the concreate. This will cause the concrete to crack now in the winter because there is no give for the fluctuation in the *********** weather. I have stopped payment on the final installment and have threaten legal action if my pool deck is not fixed and the rest of my money refunded. Please, please do yourself a favor and heed this warning. They have a representative (*****) who comes out and talks into going w/them. Every word that comes out his mouth is a complete lie.; These people are complete con artist. They just take anyone they can find, put them in a van, give them the product and send out to houses. These people completely untrained and are unsupervised during the whole process. Then get this! They want final payment as soon as the job is done. This is before the final coat is dry and you can see what kind of job was done.

  We scheduled an appointment with ***** ********** for an estimate for our basement. He came highly recommended. He was very responsive and flexible with the scheduling. When we met, he was very thorough in going through all the information in regard to the process and product. He took his time to answer all our questions. Everything was very easy. We look forward to the installation!

  With this saying in mind, “Happy wife, Happy life!”, the quality of work and the overall satisfaction are both a five star experience. I am pleased that my wife agrees that this was a very good choice to have Next Level take on this job. Thank you for sending qualified people who prepped, cleaned, answered questions, completed the floor of our outdoor pavilion. We are very pleased with the results and look forward to spending family time together on this wonderful space.

  Our patio and sidewalk needed an update The job was professional as were the workers they worked in 95 degree weather but got the job done they did an amazing job at a reasonable price without having to replace our entire patio and walkway. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and can not believe how great it turned out

  What an amazing job! **** came out to give me a quote. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The crew that did the job were courteous, neat and explained the process to me. They also explained how to maintain it. Floor looks so good and gives the the garage a whole new vibe! Highly recommend..

  My personal experience with this company it was horrible. They lack of communication between them. Its just unacceptable. At first we agreed on a date to get the job done. They never showed up never call. I had to chase my salesman to reschedule, same thing happened two more times until I finally had to reach over to the manager from my personal experience. I wouldnt recommend this guys. I will look around first.
