    DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!Always waiting for network never would work called customer yeah call customer service them trying to get me to factory reset I've done that nothing will work and these pieces of s*** will not take the product back or refund your money total scam do not ever buy they're f***** up company would have gave it zero stars but not possible

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! PURE SCAM! I paid for the device and 6 months of unlimited internet. I received the device yesterday and in less than 1 day its not working because according to them, ive used all my data on an unlimited data plan

    I am a 79 year old disabled vet. Purchased ryoko in while in ****. VA hosp. Paid for six months. ryoko, further went into my account t & stole. $179.94 cents. I only got two weeks of service. During the time I was in **********. No service was recieved since being in ***************. Complete ************* BEWARE!!

    You will lose your money. They have 2 return policies. They do not live up to their word. It's a scam as far as we are concerned. Wish I could put 0 as a score.

    If I could leave a zero star I would. This entire company is full of misleading, deceptive and fraudulent advertising. **************** has a line they just repeat, no actual atte km it's to make right anything. No refunds, no fixes. Pure fraud!

    Took ages to arrive. Charged it fully, as instructed. Turned it on. Never worked. Always said "Waiting for Connection". **************** responded but none of their troubleshooting responses fixed the issue. I paid $150 for a product + 6 month data plan that doesn't work. There are so many other reviews like mine. Very disappointing.

    One star is to much. I bought it and it stayed frozen Never worked. The IT department could not get it to work 4 times . I called and canceled it. I was told no refund and a Manger would call me back. Never got a call. On there site is all positive reviews that's why I went for it. It's a waste of money.

    I bought a ryoko pro and it lasted for 3 days before cutting out. They refused replacing it and instead made me go through a diagnostic program that did nothing to help. After a month of being stonewalled, I finally canceled and they refused any refund even though I paid 6 months and got three days usage. This is the worst bs customer service I've ever experienced. They hire an army of people just to *********, you. Their advertisements are filled with blatant lies. It is a total scam, and I am out $135.

    I ordered a ryoko device and received it in the mail.Powered the device on and it was defective.I reached out to costumer support by email they never replied. Then by phone, after waiting on hold for three days I talked to an agent and they informed me that since I had opened the box that voided any return or refund. Then a year later ryoko charged my credit card again ******.I am very unhappy and discussed.

    Received broken product and they refuse to take back and thats after they had me spending hours of my time trying to go into internal settings and make changes. This device had never worked since day I received and all I wanted was to return so they could send me a new working product and they tell me they cannot take back an open used item. Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.
