On July 8, 2022 I took my grandson to the choo choo works- Hobby shop to buy him a train, my grandson chose a train with an old box but the owner-salesman told me it was new.The next day I asked my daughter if my grandson was happy with the train, she told me it didnt work well. I drove an hour to her house and indeed, the train only works for at the most a minute then the wheels start falling apart, not completely but they get loose while rolling, then they have to be putting together again for the train to work for few more seconds. On July 11th I took the train to the store to at least get it fixed. The owner saw me coming with the box and he come out to me with an attitude asking me whats up I said the train is not working properly, he responded, well if you want to get it fix, you have to pay I told him I wasnt going to pay for something broken that he sold me a couple days ago, he then said then you are stupid for buying something broken I said that I will make a complaint, he got close to me and shouts do you know who Im, Im a police officer so get the f*** out of my store and he kept shouting the next time bring someone smart to talk to me.After I left his store, I went to the police station to make a complaint, the report was made but they told me, its a civil matter.
