"I am filing this complaint due to serious misconduct, lack of accountability, & failure to resolve issues caused by Lowes during a kitchen reno involving approx $7,500 in cabinets & $4000 in appliances.Below is a summary of events: Contractor ordered cabinets through Lowes & paid in full salesperson altered the cabinet order without authorization, changing the size of my upper cabinets unauthorized change resulted in cabinets that were too tall Corrected cabinets received last week Cabinets are now missing & nobody knows where they went An appliance was also sold out from under me the day before delivery When attempting to resolve this matter: A store manager, REMOVED, told me he did not know what happened but he would call me back." ...
