    I Heard great things about the ***************** location and since ***** was closer to me I decided to go there with a family member. Without even looking at my W2's correctly I had to inform *************************** that it was 2 SEPARATE years. Later on my family member gets a notification that something is wrong with their taxes. Later I found out I was not given the original W2's nor my family member which had been common practice with my past experience l. We needed the originals because she messed up our taxes. It took about a week to get in touch with *************************** and getting misinformed with getting in touch with a manager with NO luck. When she finally decided to call back she acted like a complete child claiming "I don't know what you're talking about, I can't give you anything, insulting my family member and finally that we have to pick up the original W2's in person. When asked to speak with a manager about her rude behavior she claimed, "He's not here, report me I don't care". We proceeded the next day to see what is going on with this individual. As we were talking to the secretary or whoever she claims to be on the childish and absolutely rude behavior of *************************** this individual is laughing the whole time. After I addressed *************************** about her actions she completely went back to her childish actions as on the previous phone call, threatening to hold my W2's, and went as far as saying to my family member and me "fucking idiots, call the cops, I don't care" and other obscenities while her colleague looks in COMPLETE AWE. My family member has a health issue which *************************** took in complete disregard. It wasn't until I called her bluff with the police when she FINALLY moved and made an effort to give us what we've been asking for. We finally received what we demanded with the help of the ************************ ***************************, you're an ABSOLUTE disgrace when it come to customer and tax service.
