            We purchased this house in Willow Lake Estates in July 2022. We signed a lease that had our lot rent at $926 a month. They proceeded to charge us $946 automatically taken out of our account. When we asked about it, the sales manager said they made a mistake and heres a new lease to sign. We said no, we are not signing a new lease. They have overcharged us for the last year by $20 a month. thats $224 a year. Nobody will return our calls. We have received a letter with an increase to $985. We want either credit for overpaying for one year or no increase. We have have at least a dozen times, but nobody has addressed this problem.

            This Place looks great when you look at it, but once you make the move they no longer care. The sales dep.t is full of lies. The management staff could care less about your issues. Example when they tore up my lawn that I pay a good amount of rent on by snow plows and snow storage and refuse to fix it. is in the lease they are supposed to. So really to get anything done is a high stress event and they ignore belittle and lies to the residents.
