  Hello I did have a scheduled installation of September 18 tomorrow and I am getting the runaround. They try to push me the next week but I have everything planned already to move out of my garage and I took off work.And it is Wednesday at 4:30 and Im still trying to get an answer the day before installation and nobody is contacting me or even calling me back.I really think that Im getting the runaround and dont appreciate being just being pushed aside with no answers.I did put down about $1700 Deposit for this job and either I want them to come out Friday or I want my deposit back.The way I have been treated is very unacceptable.I was going with a different company and somebody referred you and so I decided to go with you and Im kind of really sorry that I have so far the customer service that I have not gotten very disappointed.Mate husband is sick with stage four cancer and this is a surprise for him for his birthday.And I just cant imagine a new customer being treated like this very disappointing before anything even has been ********* Regards,**** *****

  I hired Encore Concrete Coatings to resurface my 2-car garage in Sept 2025. After the crew left the job at the end of the day, I found a mess of dust and flakes of color on my driveway and on my neighbor's driveway. I sent a text message to Encore with pictures and expressed my disappointment. (After working hours) The following morning I called Encore and discovered that they were already working on a solution. ****** sent a crew to sweep up what the crew missed the day prior. I was impressed with the speed and communication I received in getting this small issue resolved. Follow-up by ****** ensured I was happy with the result. I truly feel that this company cares about their client's satisfaction and knows how to resolve issues quickly. They have a system in place to document the process so that they are ahead of any issues that need to be resolved. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and had a great attitude about getting me a resolution to my problem. I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

  did a poor and sloppy job...sent two young boys 19 yrs old...they grinded the floor with indadequate sucktion and made and absolute mess, they applied the the top clear coat unevenly, and now not responding to fixing it. Also, I overpaid them 250. by accident and still have not received a refund.

  Beware of Encore Coating Empty Promises!I want to share my personal experience to help people make the right decision.. I had my garage floor coated with Encore about six months ago, and they sold me on their so-called 10-year warranty with promises of quality and durability. Unfortunately, that guarantee is meaningless when you actually need it. A noticeable crack appeared in one spot, while the rest of the garage remained perfectly fine. When I contacted Encore to get it fixed under warranty, they immediately looked for a way to deny coverage. Their excuse? They claimed the concrete moved underground, conveniently in just one isolated area!Instead of honoring their warranty and provide elite customer service as promised, they tried to charge me nearly $400 for repairs. Their attitude completely changed the moment I had an issue, proving that their real customer service only lasts until they get your money. If youre considering Encore, think twice! I regret trusting them, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake.

  Hi **** -Thanks for submitting your feedback. It is unfortunate that you are having this issue with your garage floor. But as you know with any warranty there are limitations if the issue is 100% outside of our control, as is the case with deterioration of the underlying substrate. I have checked with other contractors in the coating industry and not one I found will warrant the coating if the underlying concrete simply ******** fact, here is the exact language from our warranty which is presented to every one of our customers when they sign up, and I quote"Failure of the coating due to failure of the underlying substrate regardless of any restoration work done to the concrete prior to the coating application. Examples include but are not limited to:Example 1: Concrete slab shifts due to settling causing the coating to crack.Example 2: Concrete slab underneath the coating disintegrates and begins to break away.Example 3: Concrete cracks causing the coating to crack."Regardless, our team is happy to help repair your concrete and coating but as explained to you there will be a charge to do so. Our warranty which you accepted at the time of contracting with us could not be more clear regarding the fact that this type of issue is not covered, so I believe it is apparent your review is not a fair assessment.   My previous garage floor coating was 5 years old from a different company. The coating was deteriorating badly. I called Encore, who sent a sales *** to give me a quote on recoating my garage floor. This was September 10, 2024. My review is not of this sales person, it is of the company itself. I was given a price to redo the garage floor, and if I would decide that day, I would receive a substantial discount. I agreed to the discounted price. The agreement was handled electronically, on the salesman's phone. I signed in all the places I was asked to. I did not read through the fine print on the phone. I gave them a $600.00 deposit.I was told the install date would be in April of next year, 2025. Shortly after this, the original company that had installed the coating called and finally agreed to honor their lifetime warranty to redo the garage floor. I immediately called the salesman at Encore, who advised me on how to handle my request to cancel my order.I sent an email to Encore Concrete on October 5, 2024 (25 days after signing the contract) requesting that my deposit be returned, as I am canceling the project. The manager ***** ***** advised me that the deposit in non-refundable. If the material had been ordered, if the project was scheduled within the next few days, I could understand where a refund would not be a reasonable request. This project for my garage floor was not scheduled with Encore for 7 months. There is no reason for my $600 deposit to not be refunded.

  Hi ***** -Thanks for your feedback. We feel that posting a negative review because you do not like a policy which you agreed to is a bit unfair, but you certainly have the right to do so. Like many companies we have very specific written policies and we are very tranparent about our policies right from the start. You agreed to our policies when you scheduled the job and gave us a deposit to secure a spot on our schedule. We agreed to perform the work per the signed contract and as such provided you a firm installation date. You may cancel the project with us but our policy stands regarding the 30% non-refundable. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with your scheudled install. We hope you do and we look forward to working with you.

  **************** over the phone was very rude and made ****** since I am hard of hearing. I dont appreciate how some people are rude and treating senior citizens and disabled people. Since they are giving me a hard time because I decided to canceled the project which hadnt even started. I would not recommend going with Encore Concrete company.

First, let me say I personally listened to the phone calls involving our staff and feel our team members treated you in a courteous and professional manner. Also, as we explained it is stated clearly on the contract which you entered into that the deposit is non-refundable after the legal rescind period.   This company needed to do some warrantee repair work on two patios that were coated less that a year ago. The problem was blistering of the epoxy and their solution was a power wash followed by a buffing and seal coating. The power wash was finished but the buffing and seal coating has not been done. They have not answered my text messages for scheduling a date to finish the job. When I called them today, they could not find me in their system. They have apparently removed me from their customer base by removing my name, address, and phone numbers. I would not recommend them.

  ********************** recount of events is incorrect. He as called on July 15th and told his repair needed to be rescheduled due to rain. It was moved tentatively to July 19th and 20th pending weather. It had to be moved again and was told we would contact him as soon as we had a new schedule date. We believe we can schedule the repair for next week pending weather. We have reached out to him regarding this new schedule date. In the meantime, we take very seriously poor reviews which misrepresent the facts and harm our companies reputation. In the spirit of cooperation we are asking the review be removed by the customer or the ********************.

  I met with your Encore Rep on 04/23/24 and was very impressed with the presentation and all the information given on your product. I received my date of installation the following day. I appreciate the promptness. Am looking forward to having this product installed.

  Had the garage floor for six months, would not have it any other way. Garage floor is so easy to take care of and no dust.
