I agree with all the other reviews. Sounds just like a scam. Just bothers me they had my SS number. My credit is frozen but I don't need another headache.

My complaint is the same as I see other's have posted. I received a letter with a Notice Date of 05/13/2024 from Mediation Recovery Center (MRC) telling me I have a debt obligation to National Durable Medical with a current balance of $3,198.00 or a discounted one-time payment of $1,599.00. There is no date of service and I have never heard of National Durable Medical, much less received a bill from them. We have never missed a medical payment from anywhere or had a doctor or a facility bill us for a pass due payment. This seems to be a scam letter. I am disputing MRC's claim and requesting the account be closed immediately and any further correspondence in connection with this claim be stopped.

I work in a hoppital as a financial advisor. patients come in all the time wtih "statements" from this company. it is a scam. Please do not fall for it. Do not pay them anything. If a hospital sends you a bill it will have relative information included. like Hospital name, the service provided, the date of service. If insurance paid anything. If you question it. Take it to your local financial advisor. every hospital has one. ask for the financial advisor, financial counselor, cashier. please protect yourself from these kinds of things.

I supposedly have a debt from 2020 from a certain furniture company. Didn't own a house back then so apparantly the fake version of me they have somehow decided it was a good idea to buy a sofa or whatever it is that people by from R.3.N.T.A.C.3.N.T.E.R lmao and then sent me a letter to intimidate me more. Idiots think that's enough to scare me. The debt doesn't even show up on my credit report! If you get a call from anyone associated with this 'company' it is a scam. Their physical address (as listed on their website, **************************************) is not real.

Scammers...be aware that this is a scam so DO NOT PAY ANYTHING....do not fell into their tactics....THey state that the creditor (in my case) is ************************ but...wait...they are in a completely ball game business.... allege that i went to a hospital but do not give any dates, nor information on the hospital account..the original account is a fake...when in doubt call the hospital or medical care directly and find out if there is any standing bills on your name...ahhh and behind the phone calls ...guys with Indian accent and American names LOLOLOL...yeah right.Just have fun with them but DO NOT Pay ANYTHING until u actually call the institution that they said u got the services for x procedure....Seems they are targetting Seniors...so watch out.

I received a debt collection letter from MRC (Mediation Recovery Center) on behalf of National Durable Medical. The debt was for a limb compression medical device from 2018. I have never received a bill or ANY notification that a debt was outstanding. This is the first I am hearing about an unpaid charge. MRC offered to accept a discounted amount if I paid the requested amount and it would be considered paid in full. According to the State ***** ************** a debt over 4 years cannot be pursued by lawsuit. This is outrageous and unethical!!!

Absolutely a scam. Every call center servicing ******** companies are provided a list of numbers that cannot be contacted. These are numbers belonging to politicians, government figures, high ranking positions within specific government agencies, etc. I possess one of those numbers. When I questioned the man on the phone, he hung up. When I called back, there was no information about who I was calling, and the line led directly to the young man who had called me. No phone tree, no official professional greeting. As best I can tell, it was leading directly to a landline or a cellphone. There was no voicemail set up so it rang until he finally answered, and he did so with a simple "hello?" (cautiously, almost like he knew exactly who was going to be on the phone when he picked it up) rather than a greeting. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he just covered the phone for a moment and then pretended to be a supervisor. Here's a tip for anyone reading this: a debt collector will always tell you they're collecting a debt, they don't threaten lawsuits. If Someone calls you threatening a lawsuit over a payday loan, hang up on them. Certain debts may lead to wage garnishment, but those will come from a governing body, not a "debt collector".

You have the wrong company. The company you are talking about is most likely Mediation Services(aka Mediation ******* Services) which is not us. They are located in **, and we are in ********. We do not have that consumer's name or phone listed in our database. Their website is www.mediationac.org. We have voicemails that pickup after 5 rings and we do not garnish or threaten to garnish. Please call back that number and ask who they are or supply the number and I can do that for you. We use a third party service for phones and recordings so if you were able to give me the number that called you I can confirm that would not us u

Contacted about an unpaid bill for a medical device that they said my Dr ********** and my insurance provider did not approve.I asked for them to send me details via email, and what they sent me was 2 PDF files that had bare minimum information that had been filled out using a PDF editor. Any spaces that needed a signature did not contain one. One included a shipping tracking number, another included a "On File" entry. And the only other "signature" was of someone that they claim was a representative of the original business that they said went out of business. They also sent me a "copy" of the insurance claim form which again was a PDF file that had bare minimal information and no signatures. The total amount charged $7995 was listed. I contacted my insurance company and they said they have no record of a claim submitted and not approved with the details provided on this PDF Edited "Claim Form" that they sent.Scam.
