I would like to file a complaint and demand a full refund from A-Team Tire & Auto that mis diagnosed my car for repairs, but the work was not done correctly.- Sept. 21, 2023- Spoke to **** at auto shop, told him my car is not starting up. On Same date, car was towed to A-Team Tire and **** performed a diagnostic test. - Per **** stated car needed Spark Plugs, Coil Boots and ********************** Flushed, and Oil change and I gave him the okay to proceed with car repairs.- Sept. 22, 2023, repairs were done and car was picked up on Sat., Sept. 23rd, while driving off, two blocks away from shop vehicle beginned to reduce speed and then car stopped. Wife drove me back to shop and I explained to **** what happened and that car was parked on side of the road. - On Mon., Oct. 2nd **** said car was ready, he Repaired wiring at DLC and reset computer parameters was done. - **** attempted to charge me again, but told him that a diagnostic test was done to check vehicle ******************** to help identify and correct problem. After driving off in my car, it stopped again two miles away from home.- Oct 2nd, I called **** again, and told him car stopped. My wife expressed to him we were not satisfied with repairs and issue was not fixed correctly on numerous occasions, therefore requesting a full refund of $505.14, but **** refused to refund our money back.- Oct. 3rd I had my car towed to another auto shop named "*********************", a diagnostic test was performed and the issue was fixed expeditiously by installing a new Alternator. Under these circumstances, per A-Team Tire & Auto Mission Statement listed on there website states All of our work is guaranteed and you will not find a shop that is more focused on customer satisfaction. - Please review Mission Statement on site in full. It does not stand true and considered null and void. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $505.14 because the issue was never fixed. Thank you.
