      I had them come in to fix waterlines through out and they said they was gonna do the plumbing as well. My shower head wasnt fixed properly, all my water lines in the basement was ran along outside walls so Ive had to keep heaters running to keep my lines from bursting. Have had several of these cold days with no cold water as those have been frozen solid and had to use hair dryers to defrost as its right by a window. They keep scheduling appointments to come fix it with not fulfilling those promises since Monday!

      The business contacted me later that day and said they wanted to make it right.  They are supposed to be coming by on Tuesday to fix the issue. Ill give an update after Tuesday as they said last week they was coming everyday and yet no one ever showed up.

      I called Tiger LLC on Dec 13 they came out they was constantly talking to they manager I normally use **** plumbing services that's who do all my plumbing but they were not available until Monday so I needed the problem resolved so Tiger told me I needed to pay them first I got a loan from my bank the cut the check for them My bank is ***** on ***** ***** ****** so I told them it needed to be Jetted they was not listening at all they began to tell me I needed 20000 to fix my problem so they left with out the problem being resolved I felt like they just took my money and on Dec 14 **** plumbing shows up I was out getting something for my house my Nephew called me and I came home I worked with **** plumbing before they are excellent so i told him last year when his neice and Nephew did they told me it gonna always need to be Jetted *** said i got to go get the Jetter they Jetted in 20 min my problem was resolved I called Tiger they Secetary told me she was gonna have a manager call me i have not heard from no one i would like them to pay my money back plus what i had to pay **** PLUMBING I GOT the receipt from both Tiger and **** my bank cut the check for Tiger THank you for helping me .

      We joined the club at tiger the first issue we had a leaking valve and the first quote was over $650.00. We stated that amount was too high and the price went down to $250.00. So we called the manager and we informed him of the issue and he stated that they probable quoted us a commercial price the first time. So, we had to call them again because we had a leaking toilet we found out the wax spring needed to be replaced. We were given three different quotes. We received a bill, for being a member you are suppose to get 10 percent discount off the total bill. $331.29 is what we owed and the discount was $33.13. The 10 percent should have been more than $33.13 because of the Subtotal of the bill. I called the manager and he finally admitted that the 10 percent discount should have been taken off the subtotal and the total should have $4.00 more and the discount should have been more. I would like to be refunded in the amount of $4.00.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I want the company to be more transparent in figuring the bill.  The 10% discount should be off the subtotal not 10% of the final cost!  I don't want other customers paying more than they should.  Please have someone correct your software to reflect the complete breakdown of the bill.

      We had a section of our sewer line replaced July of 2023 and there is still a dangerously deep hole (over two feet) in my back yard. I have been in contact with them multiple times and so far they have missed the following appointments: done by end of October - no show - no firm date - no call November 16 - no show with call November 19 - no show - no call November 28 - no show - no call November 29 - no show - no call The last time I called them I was told they "should" be out this week Dec 4th through Dec 8th as i assume they do not work on weekends. The issue is they do poor quality work and have no follow through. I am working with Watercress financial and wish to negotiate that the financing be done for only the work that was completed.

      Tiger Services had made several attempts to reach customer for the yard level. Mr. ********** had google assistant on his phone and calls were not going through. Constant communication has been tried by Tiger Services since October for the yard level. Which is completed 60-90 days after a dig (weather permitting). Tiger Services went to the home of Justin ********** four times to complete the yard level and Mr. ********** had a trailer that had not yet been moved, which resulted in the yard level not being able to be completed.  As of December 27, 2023 Tiger Services has Mr. ********** scheduled for December 29, 2023 to go to the home remove any concrete, add dirt and complete the yard level (weather permitting).

      On 10/06/2023 Tiger Services responded to my home to inspect/check my boiler. It was determined my boiler pump was inoperable. I agreed to have Tiger Services return to replace the pump. I was supposed to be charged $1,000.00 for the service that day to start on replacement to take place on 10/10/2023. The technician told me that he made an error and only $10.00 was charged to my account and asked to complete the $990.00 remaining purchase. I agreed. I later reviewed my credit card statement and showed I was charged $1,990.00, not $1,000.00. I have been calling the company since 10/07/2023 to correct the issue. To date no one has returned my call to confirm that the $1,990.00 was charged and will be given credit for the additional payment.

      Tiger Services, LLC was at the home of ***** ***** on October 6th for a furnace call. ***** ***** went with the option to get a circulation pump for boiler and boiler cleaning. The total for the job to be completed on October 10th was $2,102.89. On October 6th a payment was ran for $990.00 and $1,000. When the work was completed on October 10th another payment was ran for $112.89. The payment was paid in full. There was no refund to be made.

      The amount of money we paid for the HVAC unit which is available for less than $1500 on several different sales accounts. We have still not received a copy of a receipt or the warranty information. Contacted supposed owner partner (mr. ****) just to have smoke blowed up my back side. Also was told that they purchase my HVAC unit at wholesale price at the company behind them so should have been even cheaper. Also had to deal with their employees tell me how I didn't know anything. I guess they assumed because I am a senior citizen. older people do not deserve to be treated like this. Unit still isn't working properly. Don't know what to do because it is supposed to be under warranty. I would prefer my money returned and get the proper product.

She requested an invoice be mailed to her. Customer care manager mailed the invoice out on August 31,2023. No other request was made by ******** ***** on the recorded call.

      I had a water problem on Father's Day and I called Tiger Plumbing. They told me it would be a $99 service charge to send someone out and that would be above the other service charges. Within 45 minutes, they sent a guy to help me, he looked around and I told him let me take you upstairs to show you the problem. He said that I am not a plumber. They will have to send someone out tomorrow because I am not the plumber. They sent him out to get the $99! When you call you are speaking to a different person. The guy came out on Monday. I talked to Justin and I told him I smell a rat here and see the game. They play a big game. I told him what I needed done. He said we can put the thing on and stop the water, $300 something dollars. I told him since my washer/dryer upstairs, I need cutoff valves for them. What is the price to do this and told me the price would be $1,299.73. I told him ok, I can do it. The young man said he would have to pick up the parts. There was nothing on the truck. The young guy did a good job. He said he would have to cut a hole in the wall. I said the guy told me he wouldn't have to do this. He put a plastic door over the hole. I was pleased with his work. Afterwards he went out to the truck and came back and said I owe $1750 approximately. He said a guy came and did work previously. I told him I'm not going to pay this. I got a call that I owed more than $1,299.73. I told the rep to talk to the guy who did the work. It's a sham company, don't do any business with them. I didn't get my veteran's discount and did not get a receipt for the work. I would like a receipt of work done and a warranty on the work done.

      Tiger Services, LLC was at the home of **** ****** on June 18, 2023, for a leak on the washing machine hose bib. On a recorded line ***** ****** agreed to repair of the hose bib and hoses in the amount of $453.22. On June 19,2023 Tiger Services, LLC installer was at the home of ***** ****** for repair. While at the home of ***** ******** an additional repair was added on another recorded line for a shut off valve and access panel in the amount of $1,752.95 in addition to the original work of the hose bibs and hose. ***** ****** paid $1,752.95 and denied payment for hose bibs and hoses (which was already completed). Customer care manager called to get payment as well as offered to play recording to ***** ****** at that time customer became angry, said he would not pay any more money and hung up. The original service fee was waived due to work being involved and ***** ****** received a 5% military discount.

      After two options, the final price for them to do the job as agreed upon for the washing machine hose BIBB (2) and he installation of shut off valve - combined with installing emergency water cutoffs in the washing room was quoted to be $1,299.73 including tax.  The worker, ***** ****** - telephone # ************ can verify this because my iPhone had too much static and we could not hear clearly so we used his phone and we both heard what needed to be done and the total amount of $1,299.73 agreed upon from his company.  After the two parties agreement, he did and completed the work.

      You also need to talk to the guy that came to collect the $1,299.73 by American Express card on 6/20/2023.  I never received a receipt of payment nor warranty for labor.  They received their money.  I have proof of that!

      The above is a quote and option from Tiger Plumbing Co. that was stated to me.  I have a copy of it on my iPhone!

      The above work was not done when quoted on 6/19/2023 for that amount!

      No previous work was done at my home or residence and I didn't agree to anything previously.  

      I told them what I needed done and asked them to give me a price to have that done.

      A complete turn to cut on and off emergency valves in the washing room was asked for and the company rep (Justin) told me that combined with the removal of the previous shut off valves and replacements of both with the complete emergency water cut offs in the washing room would be much more at ta total amount of $1,299.73 including tax and that was what I agreed on with the worker (***** ******) standing there hearing the complete conversation.

      They stated or said, "***** ****** paid $1,752.95 and denied payment for hose bib (2) and hoses (which was already completed)."  That's totally not true.

      1.) I never paid $1,752.95 - that's the amount they were trying to collect from me.  I only paid the $1,299.73 which was quoted to me for the complete job.

      2.) No previous work or job was never completed at my home or residence by Tiger Plumbing until ***** ****** did the job I agreed to on 6/19/2023, for $1,299.73.

      This could be confirmed with Mr. ***** ****** the plumber that did the complete work on 6/19/2023.  It took him forty-five (45) minutes to one (1) hour to do the complete job after he went to ***** or **** ***** to get the parts.

      The amount of $1,299.73 was paid the next day 6/20/2023 on my American Express card.  I have the American Express statement to verify that they are lying and getting their lies mixed up with their figures.

      We paid for a new unit to be put in our house. After 13 service calls the unit still does not work properly. The unit has caused damaged to our property, and has went out leaving my home in 80+ degrees. Multiple calls have been made to the project manager and to customer support. With no return calls and a whole lot of IDK.

      On 5/23/2023 I contacted Tiger to do some electrical work on my home. They assured me they could diagnose my electrical problem, install a light fixture, condense and electrical box from a three toggle to a two toggle, and move another box over an inch to make room for a switch cover. They quoted me $2,363.55 for all work needed. I accepted this bid. The next day they came to complete work. At this time, they fixed the electrical issue which was only a gfci put in backwards and installed light fixture. They proceeded to tell my mother they cannot move electrical boxes or condense switches thus they could not complete my quoted list. First, they showed up four hours earlier than agreed so I wasn't even home at the time, only my mother was. Secondly, I repeatedly called to ask about a refund for the work they didn't complete. After several attempts, I asked for an itemized statement. I received a statement only showing "Quantity 1" instead of an actual price for each individual job they quoted me. I reached out again and, a month later, no one responded to my request for refund of work not completed. They did fix my electrical issue and install light fixture, but they did not complete the other 2 tasks they quoted me for as a total price. They never gave me an individual quote for each item. The only thing they did say that it was $1,100 for the diagnostic for my electrical problem so that means I paid an additional $1,300 to replace an existing light fixture and to move 2 boxes which they did not do after they said they could easily complete those tasks. Thus, they showed up at a different time and didn't complete all work as agreed, but forced my mother to sign off on incomplete work. She did not hire them, I did. I only want a refund for the work they did not complete. On invoice they did not trim down 2 light switch covers to fit and did not install the duplex receptacle.

A phone call was made to *********************** by Tiger Services, LLC to let **************** know that the refund was issued, and the new invoice would be emailed. **************** did not answer, and a voice message was left along with asking for a returned call back to Tiger Services, LLC.

      I way overpaid Tiger to install a new HVAC. I also purchased a maintenance agreement. They came to do a service of furnace and pointed out a leaky faucet. I agreed to let them fix it, although I thought it was a bit pricey. As soon as they left, I noticed that I had virtually no water pressure. I called them. They came out and insisted that my new issue had nothing to do with anything they did and then proceeded to tell me it would cost $9000 to fix the problem. I called a local plumber who came out and found that the water valve was turned off, as a result of previous work by plumber. I was also told that I did not need a new water heater, but if I did replace it, it would cost $900. They turned off my water and then tried to gouge me out of $9000 to fix it! Criminals that should be arrested! It cost me $50 service charge to have my water valve turned back on. The file provided is an image they took to show me why I needed to fork out $9000. It actually shows the valve is closed.
