      My house is 24 years old and it is time to replace the furnace, air conditioner and water heater and I am fortunate not to be in an emergency situation. Therefore, I got four estimates and included Tiger HVAC as one of them because their website stated they were veteran and family owned, which I have since found out is not true. The young man that came to the house was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable but was doing quite a bit to my furnace for a simple replacement estimate and never went and looked at my ac unit. When we sat down to talk about the estimate I had already received two estimates so luckily had the information to ask informed questions. When I asked him a question he couldn't answer he called his manager **** who then got on speaker phone and proceeded to high pressure sales tactic me into buying a less efficient furnace than the other two companies had already quoted me. When I asked when I would receive the written estimate he told me I wouldn't and quoted me a price on the phone $7,000 HIGHER than any of the other three for less efficient equipment. All three of the other companies I had come out, left me written estimates along with literature and options to help me make an informed decision on such an expensive investment. I feel lucky Tiger was not the first company at my house and leave this review in the hopes that no one else will be scammed by them.

      ?? ?? As a former employee I can GUARANTEE that they will lie to you, overcharge you and steal from you if you do business with them. They ARE NOT a local, independently owned company as they claim (they sold to a conglomerate out of state years ago) and pride themselves on defrauding customers and getting away with it (they frame and display all the lawsuits they managed to lie their way out of and display them proudly in their workplace). They regularly require and encourage employees to lie and perform illegal actions. NEVER sign up for a membership or they will drain your bank account and refuse to stop taking funds until the account they draw from is closed. Every part of this business is a duplicitous scam to overcharge and mislead.

      The company approached me about conducting an annual furnace inspection as part of the membership I received after purchasing a new air conditioning unit earlier in the year. The tech came to my home and inspected the furnace. He showed me photos of a cracked heat exchanger, along with photos of his Co2 readings around the house that varied from 6ppm all the way up to 100 ppm. Because I'd already had a bad prior experience with them, I advised that I would not need an estimate and that I would call another contractor for any work that would need to be done. He informed me I needed to sign a 'red tag' document and that my furnace was unsafe and should be replaced right away. He said that by law, he could not leave my furnace running, but due to how cold it was outside, he didn't actually turn it off (it was 52 degrees outside on that day). After receiving a red piece of paper detailing these concerns, and having me sign it, he left and again begged me to have someone replace the furnace immediately.I called another local contractor who came out within 2 hours; they found no cracks in the heat exchanger and had **** Co2 readings throughout the house. The tech from Tiger Services blatantly lied, and must have shown me falsified photos to justify this lie. I never received a copy of any photos or checklist that he performed. It's pretty obvious they are scamming people to make sales.

      Our under mounted sink was being held up by 2x4s under our sink (former owners DIY) and had begun to leak a lot of water. Tech came out, told us we had to replace the whole sink before it collapsed and caused further damage, $2500 and it would be completed the next day between 8a-10a. After 10a, Im informed there was no sink, there is no available sink, and to just not use the kitchen sink in our family of 5 and my mom making 6. It was a literal NIGHTMARE dealing with this company! I was told Id be given a call with updates, never happened, spoke to the manager who tried smoothing it over with *******************, promising someone would at least come out to mount our current sink and fix the leak so we could use it until ours came in (also had no idea if it had actually even been ordered). By 3pm the next day after the sink is fixed, it is flooding water under our sink. NO ONE would answer my or my husbands calls. We had to call the operator to get the managers boss on the line to come fix our flooding pipe at 7pm on the techs OFF DAY! **** was replaced 4 days after initial promised date, then I was blackmailed to change my review from 1 star to 5 star. Today our appt that was scheduled and confirmed via txt for our water heater was CANCELLED by someone at Tiger for unknown reasons and WITHOUT notifying us!!! My husband was given hours between 4p-8p, by 7p I call the # on the txt and the lady states the appt was cancelled and there was NO one she could call or anything she could do about it. We have had NO hot water for 3 days and I was sitting with my 3 little kids waiting for someone to come give us hot water so we could take baths and go to bed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They do not give a F*** about you or your family as long as they have your $$ or 5 star review! Their communication is HORRENDOUS and they will s**** you over and over!!!

      We called the company. Before they even took any info down they tried to upsale us on a membership package. We said no. The "technician" came out and at first said the issue was the dishwasher. We told him that we never use it. He said ok it's the copper pipe in the bathroom. And then he came out and tried to upsale us on some sort of water purifier. We said no, and then he left. I'm not a plumber but I've worked in the trades, even with the water turned off he said there was a leak from this pipe. I pulled the whole vanity and cabinet out. No leaks. We called his manager and the guy came back the next day. Once he walked in he aggressively said "what's the issue" to my mom. Where she replied there's still a leak because water is still coming out. He finally cut open the dry wall to find there was a leak, and it wasn't the last 2 issues he diagnosed. He then asked my mom " are you uncomfortable and don't trust me because of how fast I talk" she said no but last night you diagnosed 2 issues that didn't turn out to be true. And only today you opened the moldy dry wall and saw the real issue. That's what I'm concerned about because I don't want to change the dry wall and cabinets out only to have the leak ruin them. This company was unable to have a manager come out because they're based 3 hours away. My mom got a quote for a astronomical amount of money. She had a plumber come out who was professional, didn't have to come out twice to do his job and instantly found the issue. The cost to fix the issue is about 3k less than what was quoted by these people. Genuinely in our circumstance they were a scam company, and the "technician" who can to call his boss over and over , and only tried to upsale stuff was very aggressive. I wouldn't recommend this company. My mom shouldn't feel threatened by a tech. Also they said they'd pull the toilet out but not fix any tiles that was ruined in the process. Steer clear. They are aggressive and rude towards the elderly..

      I was quoted around $800 to install a dishwasher (we already had to dishwasher). When installed the technician told me our dishwasher didnt work. We went and bought another dishwasher and had it installed by *****. When ***** came to install the new dishwasher they discovered the Tech from Tiger did not tighten down wires properly which is why our other dishwasher did not work. All together we paid almost $1700 to have a dishwasher installed by two different places. Had tiger installed our first dishwasher properly, we wouldve only paid $800, Ive contacted Tiger about this multiple times and they have ignored everything I have said.

      I had a problem with my easy flush system. ******, came out and was very knowledgeable. He wore cover over his shoes. Couldn't fix my problems. I would highly recommend them in the future if I had any other problems.

      RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Poor customer service, workmanship etc.they came and started fixing our plumbing issues.Cut huge hole in ceiling left and they will not return phone calls or messages.2 weeks later still NO show AND SERVICES WERE PAID!

      PLEASE RUN RUN DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST. I HAD ISSUES WITH MY FURNACE THE CONDENSATE PUMP WENT OUT FIRST THEY TRIED TO GET ME TO BUY A NEW FURNACE SAYING HOW OLD IT WAS AND I WOULD CONTINUE TO HAVE OTHER ISSUES BUT I WAS ADAMANT THAT I ONLY WANTED THE PUMP REPLACED THEY WOULDN'T NEVER TELL ME HOW MUCH THE SERVICE WILL COST TELLING ME THEY WILL TALK TO THE PROJECT MANAGER AND GET BACK TO ME WHICH HE NEVER CONTACTED ME THEN I RECEIVED A EMAIL SAYING THE SERVICE WILL BE **** FOR A PUMP. I ALREADY LOOKED UP THE ***** FOR THE PUMP AND IT WAS 88 DOLLARS SO THE ***** THEY GAVE ME WAS RIDICULOUS SO I CALLED ANOTHER PLUMBER AND HE CAME OUT THE SAME DAY DID THE *** AND THE SERVICE WAS ONLY 188 PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF SOMETIME AND MONEY DON'T CONTACT THIS COMPANY THEY ARE PREYING ON PEOPLE I'M SURE THEY HAVE SCAMMED MANY PEOPLE THAT'S WHY THEY KEEP IT GOING PLEASE RUN RUN RUN.

      Tiger Heating and AC are scammers. They told me there was a crack in the furnace and it needed to be replaced. And told me I needed freon in my AC unit and it was down about 1/4 and the cost was $770 to fill it. He then discussed a payment plan that I could use to get these things done. Then the office workers from Tiger emailed me repeatedly and called trying to get me to set up the payment plan. I felt harassed by them. Then I had TICA come to my house and they told me there is nothing wrong with my heater (getting old) but working fine, and that I do not need any freon and if I did, it would cost $50.TIGER is a rip-off/scam. They should be shut down. I paid them $69 and would like to have my money back!
