      Title: ********************** I've Ever Had In My Life I've been a loyal Dyson customer for over 10 years, but after this experience, I'm done. I've never encountered such terrible customer service in my life. I had an issue with a recent order and was offered a 25% "inconvenience discount." I was satisfied with that-until they told me it could ONLY be used on a future purchase. If I wanted to apply it to the Dyson Animal Ball 3 I had just bought, & had order issues with, I'd have to return it, reorder, and wait. Again. That's absurd. Dyson would end up paying shipping 3 times and reselling a used product-just to avoid doing the right thing.I finally had the issue escalated and was connected with a "supervisor" who was shockingly rude, condescending, and dismissive in every way. I asked at least 8 times to speak with his superior. He flatly refused, saying he was the final point of contact & that no one else would review the matter. After I continued to ask, he ended the chat.They gave me a discount for my inconvenience that ONLY CREATED MORE INCONVENIENCE, and their "solution" felt intentionally designed to frustrate and upsell. It's almost like a bait-and-switch. I guess they think their customer's are idiots. Instead of choosing to honor their promise, they chose to lose a loyal customer over a ridiculous policy and atrocious attitude.I've enjoyed Dyson products, but I can't support a company that treats their customers this way. I'd rather give my money to a company that values service and integrity. Stay FAR, FAR AWAY from Dyson. They only want your money. They don't care about you as a customer/person. I guess they have gotten so big that losing customer rapport no longer concerns them.

      Cheap plastic piece broke on 450 dollar vacuums and they wanted to charge me insane amount to fix.

      It seems like Dyson has thousands of new Co-anda2x airwraps to give for free for incentivized reviews, but not for the actual customers who paid their money and placed orders through their website. I placed an order on 7/8/25, the launch date, and still haven't received any updates until today, 7/23/25. All the *** says it's out of stock and has no idea when it will be restocked.

      I called customer service and spoke to ******. I explained that an air purifier-Dyson Purifier Cool Gen1 TP10 purifying fan (White) was on sale under their deals page on **************************. It was listing at ****** but when I put the item in my cart it was back to the original price of ******. ****** claimed to look ( maybe a whole 20 seconds) at the website and said he didn't see it. I protested, he then stated 'he wasn't the one lying to me' very much implying I was lying. He then attempted to end the call. I asked if I could submit a picture of what I was looking at- after a hard time, he reluctantly agreed to allow me to send in proof, only after I told him I was going to submit a review of his customer service and that he didn't even give me a chance to provide proof. He had to create an account for me and very much did not want to. I asked to speak with a supervisor as I did not appreciate how hard I had to fight and that it was implied that I was a liar. ****** refused over and over again to allow me to verify with the supervisor what I was seeing on the website. I finally ended the call myself. By the way found the exact model at BestBuy for ****** also - better than dealing with customer service.

      Dyson doesnt even deserveone star. Ive had several Dysons since the beginning of the company. They were a reputable company at the beginning, but I cant say that now. Their customer service is a joke. They expect you to send the vacuum back and trust they will replace. When they cant even send the correct replacement part and tell me its compatible. Buy American!!! This company is like the old joke several years ago. Oh it I made in *****.

      Their customer service is nonexistent. I purchased an air purifier which apparently can only work with a remote. They could not send a replacement remote, however I had to return the entire fan and wait 15 for a new to be shipped. I find this to be an unacceptable timeframe. The so called customer service agents are located in some country in ***************

      Ive been a long time loyal fan to Dyson , until now ! I bought an outsize and have had nothing but issues with it. Now when I use it , it stops about every 20 seconds . Here is the issue , the replacement parts are out of stock , have been for months and probably wont be In stock again. So here I am being told to wait and Ill get notified when its back . I hate vacuuming it takes 3x as long now because of the issue . They said they can replace it but Ill have to send mine in 1st. Ive told them I have a dog and cant even be without a machine for a day , and they are telling me it would be ***** days . Ive begged that they send me one and Ill immediately send back my piece of c*** , they refuse . So here I am with no help and a crappy machine . I will not spend another dime with this company .

      SLIMY BUSINESS PRACTICE!My issue seems minor compared with the other people leaving reviews. But Im going to mention it because of the underhanded way Dyson conducts business. Was in the middle of replacement battery purchase for my V11. A banner appears across the top of my screen(I have a screenshot of it), Save 10% on your next purchase when you sign up for texts from DysonI sign up and redeem the discount. When purchase goes through, 10% discount is missing. Called support and was told the discount is only for new vacuums. I explained thats not what the banner saidit just says next purchase. Support says there is nothing they can do. I told them to delete my info because I dont want texts if Im not getting my 10%. Support says they cant do that either. So I accessed my account and changed my name to Unhappy Customer, along with a bogus phone number and email. I cant stand slimy business practices. Little things like this really sour the purchasing public on looking favorably on a large corporation. Dysondo better!

      Dysons customer service and executive resolution team is an absolute joke. I had an absolute awful time between placing an order, requesting price match with their own website (one page showed a discount the other didnt, never getting email confirmation of order despite being charged, customer service not being able to find my order but could find my charge and they couldnt do anything nor did they even offer me anything to help or even cancel and try the order again. I had my bank decline the charge and then they came back to say that the problem with everything lied in the fact the charge was declined - way to gaslight and not even look into the myriad of problems. If you cant even get your website and customer service in order why should I trust you have the same level of attention and detail in your products? Theres a reason theres a 1 star review and thousands of reviews on here

      My Vacuum works well - when it works. My complaint is ***** Issues with Dysons Warranty Handling:Offering an Out-of-Stock Replacement: Dyson proposed to replace my defective vacuum with a part that was out of stock, providing no clear timeline for when it would become available.Shifting the Burden to the Customer: Instead of automatically shipping the replacement when available, Dyson said they would only alert me, leaving it up to me to follow up. This puts all the mental and administrative burden on the customerwhose warranty could expire in the meantimerather than on Dyson, whose product failed.Misrepresenting Warranty Terms: Although Dyson advertises a 2-year warranty, I was told that after 18 months, eligibility for a new replacement ends. In practice, this means the warranty is only truly honored for 18 months, not the full 2 years.Dismissing My 5-Year Warranty as a Clerical Error: Despite my confirmation email from Dyson stating my warranty was valid until 2028 (a full 5 years), customer service dismissed this as a clerical error and initially refused to honor it.Pushing an Unsuitable Refurbished Product: Dyson insisted that a refurbished version of a completely different (and less suitable) vacuum was the most suitable solution for me, disregarding my specific needs and original purchase decision.Wasting My Time: It took nearly two hours of persistent escalation to reach a resolution that should have been offered immediately. The entire process felt intentionally difficult and time-consuming for the *********** summary: *********************** warranty system is confusing, inflexible, and designed to make resolution as difficult as possible for the usereven when you have clear, written proof of your coverage.Just know you should expect to buy a new one every two years. This isn't a 10-year investment.
