      Dysons customer service and executive resolution team is an absolute joke. I had an absolute awful time between placing an order, requesting price match with their own website (one page showed a discount the other didnt, never getting email confirmation of order despite being charged, customer service not being able to find my order but could find my charge and they couldnt do anything nor did they even offer me anything to help or even cancel and try the order again. I had my bank decline the charge and then they came back to say that the problem with everything lied in the fact the charge was declined - way to gaslight and not even look into the myriad of problems. If you cant even get your website and customer service in order why should I trust you have the same level of attention and detail in your products? Theres a reason theres a 1 star review and thousands of reviews on here

      My Vacuum works well - when it works. My complaint is ***** Issues with Dysons Warranty Handling:Offering an Out-of-Stock Replacement: Dyson proposed to replace my defective vacuum with a part that was out of stock, providing no clear timeline for when it would become available.Shifting the Burden to the Customer: Instead of automatically shipping the replacement when available, Dyson said they would only alert me, leaving it up to me to follow up. This puts all the mental and administrative burden on the customerwhose warranty could expire in the meantimerather than on Dyson, whose product failed.Misrepresenting Warranty Terms: Although Dyson advertises a 2-year warranty, I was told that after 18 months, eligibility for a new replacement ends. In practice, this means the warranty is only truly honored for 18 months, not the full 2 years.Dismissing My 5-Year Warranty as a Clerical Error: Despite my confirmation email from Dyson stating my warranty was valid until 2028 (a full 5 years), customer service dismissed this as a clerical error and initially refused to honor it.Pushing an Unsuitable Refurbished Product: Dyson insisted that a refurbished version of a completely different (and less suitable) vacuum was the most suitable solution for me, disregarding my specific needs and original purchase decision.Wasting My Time: It took nearly two hours of persistent escalation to reach a resolution that should have been offered immediately. The entire process felt intentionally difficult and time-consuming for the *********** summary: *********************** warranty system is confusing, inflexible, and designed to make resolution as difficult as possible for the usereven when you have clear, written proof of your coverage.Just know you should expect to buy a new one every two years. This isn't a 10-year investment.

      I bought a refurbished Dyson Purifier Cool Autoreact from Showroomprivé on April 20, 2025. Five days after receiving it, I noticed the device wasn’t working properly: it was ventilating but not purifying the air.
      After checking, Dyson support asked me to return the device. In less than a week, it was declared irreparable. Dyson then offered me an older generation model, which I clearly refused.
      Despite numerous exchanges via WhatsApp and phone calls, no one has taken my request seriously. I have simply asked for:
      A refund – which I’ve requested several times in writing and over the phone.
      Without my consent, Dyson issued an order for the device I had explicitly declined. When it was delivered, I refused the package, and it was returned to Dyson.
      On June 12, I received an email confirming the device had been received (it was actually delivered on June 2, according to Chronopost with proof provided).
      On June 25, I contacted them again to ask about the refund. That’s when I was blatantly lied to: I was told the package only arrived on June 20 (!) and that I had to wait another 7 days. Chronopost confirmed the delivery date was June 2.
      On June 27, I called customer service again to check on the refund. The person I spoke to admitted they were behind on processing refunds and said they would email their supervisor to trigger mine.
      It took a lot of patience not to lose my temper.
      On July 4, I was told there would be no refund because they “don’t process refunds more than one month after the item is received.”
      This customer service is disastrous, disorganized, and dishonest.
      It has taken two months to deal with a simple issue like a refund – and it still hasn’t been done.

      dont buy dyson. I sent my machine back to them and followed the instructions precisely and never got my unit back, nor am I able to talk to a manager when I call the 800 number. They promise call backs but never follow up. I spent 700 on this machine and it was still under warranty. I am extremely upset and will be considering legal action

      Knowing they had a payment link problem from within the company they allowed it to continue and take peoples orders and money only to cancel the orders and keep all the money pending at the consumer banks. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Why weren't the customers notified of the payment link problem or WHY wasn't the link shut down? I have never ordered a dyson without a problem to date.

      Absolutely no stars! I received a Dyson Airwand for my birthday a few years ago, it has already died! Called Dyson they said oh it's out of warranty you will need to buy a new wand.. but, guess what "out of stock stock" must be an ongoing issue! The lady I spoke to acted as if she didn't care that my $600 blowdryer didn't work anymore. It's now "your" issue not Dyson! I have a ConAir blowdryer that has lasted my whole married life. 32 years! I DO not recommend purchasing a Dyson Airwand or blowdryer, they don't respect you money!******* ***** *******, **

      I have been a loyal Dyson owner for almost 15 years until now. I purchased my most expensive vacuum the Dyson gen5 outsize detect about a year ago and it has broke in the same spot 3 times now and every time I have called to warranty it they tell me the part is back ordered and really don't seem to care. This last time I called which was today the *** said well you are at your 12 month warranty period so this might not be covered! I have only had this brand new replacement for close to 6 months. I don't see how a $1,100 vacuum should keep breaking in the same spot and not last longer than even a year! My house is full of Dyson products with 2 blade-less fans , a Dyson air purifier and Dyson Humdinger and I will not be supporting this company any longer. Very poor customer service for something so expensive. I am not hard on my things and this is just such a disappointment ! I would not recommend!!!!!!!!

      I purchased a vacuum back in Dec 2022 and It broke. I went to there website and It said I still had 30 Months of warranty. I contacted Dyson and they told me that my vacuum was out of warranty. All he said was It must have been a mistake. The only mistake that was made was when I paid over $500 for a piece of junk. I will never buy another product from this company again.

      Wow, the worst customer service ever! Put you on hold over and over and then dimly hang up. Was on call for TWO AND A HALF HOURS arguing over the WRONG item they sent me. Was told I would receive a mail label within 48 business hours - LIE! Back on hold for half hour, hung up on. Again on hold for another 1/2 hour. I used the time to file a bbb dispute and charge it back on my cc. RIDICULOUS!!!!
