    My son bought me a pair, sight unseen from the website, and had them shipped to me as a gift. When they arrived, they were similar to a pair I had already, so I contacted Sootheez to see if I could exchange the pair (new still sealed up) for the slippers instead. Even if I paid all shipping, they declined.What made this worse, this pair was ordered a week before mother's day, but didn't arrive until after Memorial Day. Their website had the plea, "Please be patient with us! Shipping is slow." I pointed out to them the irony, them asking for patience, but being unwilling to exchange a new pair of shoes for a different pair of shoes, at no cost to them.Because I didn't open these up, I have no idea how comfortable they are or aren't; but knowing that they have poor customer service, I want nothing to do with any Sootheez brand products.

    Terrible shoes, not at all comfortable, save your money. Dont try to return them, they give you some story and offer a lame discount, as if you would buy more useless uncomfortable shoes from this company.

    DO NOT BUY!!! Cheaply made, hard as a rock plastic causing the slipper to slide all over the place. Because they're cheap, hard plastic, they're uncomfortable as h*** They weren't inexpensive to purchase, either. Took a month to receive them, and forget about refunds, because if you don't email them within 48 hours if receiving them, no refund. Plus, there's a restocking fee (which is ridiculous). Another company selling c*** for ****** inflated prices.

    A horrible company. Do not buy their products. Not only do they not post their return policy in places where it is easily seen they also fail to allow you to return their substandard product. Ordered a pair of shoes for $40 and they are unwearable. They feel like cardboard and construction paper and this is not an exaggeration. A total ****

    By recommendation of someone I know, I ordered these. They arrived with a horrible odor. I contacted them and they said no refunds or returns on sale items. These reeked. I had them outside on my porch for a week and the odor is still there. Now I am out the amount I paid and cab't wear them. Ripped off.

    Not worth one star. Worst quality slippers ever!! No customer support and they will do nothing to help or replace item. Slippers are like walking on cardboard and dont be fooled by pictures. They are not what you receive. I wish I would have read reviews before I ordered. The slippers arent worth $5 dollars

    Definitely a **** company! The products are not what they claim to be. If you have any kind of foot problems, do not buy these sandals or slip on. They have no support at all. It is not any kind of orthopedic foot wear. You can buy the same kind of shoes at a fraction of their sale price at some websites! They are very deceptive. They dont tell you their sale price is final and no refund will be given. Instead they hid the disclaimer in their refund/return policy somewhere obscure on their website. I wouldnt be surprised if this is a one man **** store. Zero star.

    Do not order. The quality is horrible. They are from ***** not ******* as stated. Because they were on sale they won't do a refund. The soles are hard plastic. Definitely a slip risk. Totally disgusted that I fell for another ******* scam.

    Definitely not for outside. Sole is slippery. Don't see the benefits for knees, hips etc.They are just expensive slippers Very disappointed

    Super cute but Very cheaply made. It's like walking in cardboard shoes. Read reviews after I placed an order. Tried to cancel 3 hours after I ordered. Was told they would charge me $6.99 to cancel. ***Do Not buy these!!
