    I purchased a flip flop sandal from Sootheez. They were on sale for $39.98, marked down from $79.98. What arrived was an ill-fitting, hard shoe of poor quality when compared to a similar $79.99 flip flop from a competitor. So I asked for a refund. I was offered at first a 10%, then a 15% refund of what I had paid. I refused and told them that was not reasonable. Instead, I offered to pay their advertised re-stocking fee of $11.99 to receive a refund. They rejected my offer and reminded me this was a sale item which cannot be refunded or returned. I found this same shoe on ****** under the brand name of ***** for the regular price of $39.98. This was not a sale price. So Sootheez is labeling this ill-fitting, poor quality shoe as a sale item to rid itself of a poor quality item, which is then denied refund or return. Do not waste your time with Sootheez. Stick to the original.

    Wish I could give a zero star. Total misrepresentation of the product as well as a fake return policy. The shoes are hard pieces of plastic you can get at the dollar store. Not at all willing to accept their 100% satisfaction return policy.

    I would not even give this company one star! ******** US based company. Do not order from them. The shoes are uncomfortable and sized wrong. I tried to get a refund as they are uncomfortable and dont fit right and all they wanted to do was give me 15% refund ! I am a senior and I wanted my money back and send the shoes back. 15% is like $6.00, what an insult. They prey on the public get their money and thats it! Dont order from them!

    I just received 3 pairs of flip flops and they are so cheaply made! I opened the plastic bag they came in and there was a horrible chemical smell that wafted out. I put a pair on and they felt unstable and the piece between my toes hurt my feet so bad! I emailed them for a refund and explained the problem and they never responded to me at all. My next step is to dispute the charge.

    My dad decided to order from this company after seeing an ad on his phone. My dad is a senior citizen and not very tech savvy, so he thought he had ordered shoes in the correct sizes and didn't think to check his order confirmation after purchasing. The shoes ended up being too small, and we contacted the company for a return/exchange. The company phone number doesn't go to a real person, only a recording and directs you to email them. They also claim to have 24/7 support, but it took a few days to respond by email. Then, they did not offer us to return the shoes and said no returns on sale items and no refunds. I looked at the site and it looks like the majority of their items are sale items. It appears as though they are targeting senior citizens and scamming them. After I replied and said I would have the charges disputed, they only offered 15% discount on a future order and to keep the shoes. What are we going to do with shoes that are too small, and why should we have to pay AGAIN to get the correct sizes? It's like they are punishing you for making a mistake at checkout!

    I ordered size 39 they sent me 41.I ask for exchange or refund they refused.I filed claim with the bank they probably didnt read my email and decided Im not right.Just horrible what people get away with

    These are the worst most uncomfortable slippers and they were crushed in shipping . They advertise they will give 100% refund if damaged in shipment. That is untrue. They only gave me $6.00 refund and said keep the slippers which is crazy because they are damaged and cannot be worn.

    Terrible. Very uncomfortable. Material is cheap and hard. Sizing is off and my toe is rammed against the front of the slipper. They are going in the trash. Do not waste your money!! Wish I had read these reviews first.

    These people are horrific. They do not send adequate tracking information as they use some sort of Chinese parcel delivery service. I was sent a tracking number but not the same of the extremely obscure tracking company. I never received my package even though they claimed it was delivered. I asked for help with their customer service for weeks and they skirted all responsibility. Finally, I said I would file a stolen package report with the NYPD so they could claim it and refund me and they said THEY DO NOT REFUND STOLEN OR DAMAGED packages. They are a complete scam business. Avoid them like the plague. I have never encountered this level of flippancy with taking people’s money with any online business I have ever used.

    I ordered a pair in size 6.5 and after a long wait they sent me a size 6. When I asked them to send me the correct size they had the nerve to say they sent the correct size. My advise DO NOT ORDER FROM SOOTHEEZE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
