    I got suckered in a couple of years ago. Last year I told them I will pay what is due for the year and to cancel the account. It was a heated conversation because I felt like I was being conned .
    Tom Gerard assured me if a paid I would get a cancellation letter. I never got one. Now they are calling again. I will not give them another dime and seek council to make it end.

    Suddenly received a call that we owed for a year of unpaid invoices and that there was a signed contract. When I received the emailed invoice and contract, it was for services that would never have been approved. If we signed anything it was misrepresented in the communication received from them. When we settled with them they were supposed to send a termination letter but I have not yet received that. Be very careful when dealing with this company! They are completely misrepresenting who they are and what they are selling.

    This company YPL Media is a total scam. Businesses beware! If they call you out of the blue just hang up and block there number. If you talk to them and give them any information about your business at all, they will use that information to create and account for you and then start billing you and calling harassing you for payment of hundreds of dollars. They have done this to my business and I keep telling the I don't advertise that way nor do I have an account with them. They insist I do but when I ask them for copy of a signed contract (which they insist they have one) the guy just say look in your email, you'll find it. I did look but no contract. Ypl Media is a 0 star company, Scam!

    This company is such a scam, they charge you even after I sent an email that I wanted to cancel. No one bothered to email me back or anything. Now months later I get a call that I owe 4 payments. I had emails from them in between with invoices and I replied that I had canceled, no answer from them. I can't believe they are doing this to people. has anyone gotten a lawyer involved? they said they cant cancel my service until I make a payment.

    My name is *********************. This company YP local media has called me and told me I owed them $599 for something I never seeked for their services. They're saying they have a contract with my signature. They forwarded to me and it was not my signature. I never even heard of this company and they're trying to threaten me about payment. When I'm not even with this company. They are strong arming people that has nothing to do with their company and I will not pay the bill because I never reached out to these. People. Never spoke to these people but somehow they have a contract with an e-signature that is not mine. Be careful with this company. I will be seeking an attorney
