  Unscrupulous business practices. I was a member for over 2 years. Spent thousands of dollars. You are supposedly paying for their service in advance. So they will cut your account off for non-payment. Then they will deactivate you. Then they will take over a week to reactivate you. Then they will want money for the entire time you have not been able to use the service! They have a warning when you call them that abusive language will not be tolerated. That should be a clue that you're getting ready to be mad as h*** Which is what happened to me, and now I am banned for abusive language. They have a monopoly and they know it. They charge $125 a month! Truck stop only charges $40 a month. As well as dat. The two industry leaders in load boards. So why does central dispatch charge more than double that? There needs to be an investigation buy an attorney general. This company is just more than corrupt.

  Why does Central dispatch believe that they can get away with ignoring customer complaints and allowing fraud on their platform ??We will begin working with The ***** , FEDERAL MOTOR CARRIER SAFETY ADMININSTRATION DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCIAL ENFORCEMENT AND INVESTIGATIONS DIVISION.They can not operate like a ******* monopoly.

  I got scam also they never showed up give me a sad story after I pay 250 in front now they dont wanna give me my refund back they taking advantage of us working hard people not even one star

  Transporters never show up then they charge you to relist over and over again. Complete joke. They said you can pay more to cover when that happens. So their solution to getting ripped off is pay more. Terrible

  We are a car carrier company, and unfortunately we are one more victim and we lost money because no one is going to pay **, since apparently some carriers and broker accounts are being hacked in Central Dispatch. After our episode, we alerted Central Dispatch of two suspicious companies that are doing double brokerage and surely opening fake companies pretending to be as much as brokers or carriers and creating discomfort in this business. Their response was that they cannot do anything and they did not take action with these companies and they are still active, surely scamming more carriers.

  I got scammed off Central dispatch for over $15k I dont know how they can let fraudulent companies on here Ive been with Central dispatch for 10+ years and they are not helping me recover these funds by not giving access to the companies that burned us their insurance bond that no longer shows because CD blocked or removed from the site.

  BE VERY VERY CAREFUL USING CENTRAL DISPATCH. They know that members are are booking loads--Then selling them to un-licensed--un-insured truckers. Twice in the last month I have had the state Patrol in different states call and say "This guy has two of your new vans on his hauler. He does not have insurance. The *** number does not match the truck. The driver has a class "C" drivers license. That was two in one month.Dealers--Please listen. I would guess AT LEAST 50-60% your cars and trucks are being carried by trucks that are not insured--much less cargo insurance. Central Dispatch is WELL AWARE of this. They do not come any more crooked.

  We will no longer be using Central Dispatch. We were the target of a scammer using fake accounts and hacked accounts to accept and redirect a load shipped through central to a unsuspecting customer. They sold our vehicle that was supposed to be delivered to ****** to a customer in *****. They used an account to accept the load, and reassign it to another shipper, changed address, and sold our $112,000 **** Escalade to a person answering an ad on social media. When I contacted Central Dispatch customer support I was told I can leave a comment for the complaint department, but they don't unusually respond. I asked for IT security or webmaster, anybody dealer with security, and was told they do not have any department like that. Account security is flawed without 2 factor authentication. I have all names of companies involved, I have police in two states involved. This is an absolute travesty. Mostly because they refused any and all help to potentially find a solution to protect those involved. We shipped over 350 cars in the last 12 months, we will be looking for a solution that takes account security seriously. They are not responsible for the theft, but they are responsible for helping keep accounts safe and possibly vetted.

  Used central dispatch to broker a load of cars from the auction. The freight company it was dispatched to stole the cars, delivering them to an unknown location in ****** ** and accepting a cash payment. Central Dispatch will not accept any reasonability.

  My vehicle wasn't delivered by transporter and he wasn't responsive for a month. Contacted Central Dispatch after finding out the insurance policy listed on their website was canceled over a year earlier and notified them that he hasn't delivered my vehicle for a month. Nothing was done, they never called me back, never removed transporter and didn't allow me to even put a review since I am only allowed to do so after the vehicle is delivered! Vey disappointing! After being a loyal customer for 10+ years, I no longer trust them to do business with them!
